Nestled in a serene rural setting, only 25 minutes from downtown Charleston, Folly and Edisto beaches. Explore historic sites, enjoy coastal adventures, or simply unwind. Well mannered dogs stay free!!

Your Private Retreat- Experience relaxed luxury inside, complete with:

Sleeping Arrangements: A queen-size bed in the bedroom, a double-size sofa bed in the living room, and a comfy twin-size sleeper chair. Linens and pillows are in cabinet under TV.

Kitchenette: Equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, and electric kettle. You’ll find all the necessary utensils, cups, plates, plus a welcome gift of coffee, tea, non-dairy creamer, and sugar.

Bathroom: A full walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer for that spa-like touch.

Linens & Towels: Fresh and ready for your stay.

Outdoor Comfort Enjoy the expansive wrap-around porch for dining or lounging, complete with:
A dining table and comfy seating area
A propane fire pit for cooler evenings
An extra-large porch fan to keep things breezy

Entertainment & Connectivity Stay entertained and connected with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and phone charging stations by the bed and desk. If you’re in the mood for local food, Uber Eats and DoorDash deliver to our location.

Pet-Friendly Getaway- We welcome dogs, so your furry friend can join in on the fun as long as they’re kept under your supervision. Must be on leash when outside.

Check-In & Security
Keypad Entry: For secure, seamless access anytime after 3:00 PM.

Owners On-Site: Available if you need assistance, but we respect your privacy for a peaceful stay.

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM, allowing a leisurely morning before departure.


A Few Notes to Enhance Your Stay
Well Water: We use filtered well water, which may have a slight sulfur odor—part of the rustic charm.

Septic System: Please flush only toilet paper to keep the system running smoothly.

Parking: A reserved spot is just steps from your entrance.

Leave linens on the bed and towels on the bathroom floor.
Wash dishes used.
Dispose of trash in the kitchen bin (extra bags under the sink).

No Smoking Indoors: A $250 fine applies if this rule is broken to maintain a fresh environment for all.

Unregistered guest or "an extra person you forgot to mention" will result in a $250.00 fine.

Do NOT chase the chickens please. They like grapes and will eat directly from your hand.
