We loved it. Walking distance to town. Loved the fireplace. The bed was comfortable. Heat in the bathroom ceiling was a nice touch. Very clean. Great communication with the owner. We will definitely be using this location again.

We loved this property, short walk to Gatlinburg! The only thing I might suggest is to update the TVs where Roku is available, it took us forever to even find something on tv because the screen would stay black but you could them talking. The toilet also needs to be replaced, when we would flush, it never would flush everything down so we would have to wait till it filled back up to flush. But this was a very quiet, and clean place! The bed was also comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Thanks so much for your review. So happy enjoyed your stay. The TVs have cable under the Live TV heading. They are also smart TVs where you can watch apps. I’ll definitely check on the toilet though. Please feel free to reach out during your stay if you ever need anything.

The lighting in the bathroom could use some work, upgraded shower, and toilet barely flushes. The living room furniture was not comfortable. The top outlet on the bedroom on the ledt hand side, closet to the closet doesn't work. Over all we had a great stay and it's a great location for touring the town. Would recommend

We visited at the end of March. Pool and hot tub are not in season yet so I can’t speak to those details, but I loved that this condo was close enough to easily walk to Parkway, but far enough away that we had some peace and quiet and could relax. We were also very close to quite a few of the hiking trails and I loved the ease of accessibility. We enjoyed the porch on the evenings looking out at the skybridge and surrounding mountains. The condo was very clean and cozy for my husband and I. Check in was a breeze. The host has streamlined this process and made it very simple and user friendly. I would definitely recommend this rental and this host.

Great experience and loved our stay! The highlight of this condo in my opinion is the location and convenience to downtown as well as the Smoky Mountains Park which we spent a lot of time in. Not having to worry about parking, and being able to just walk out was great (right by the Village section which had some nice little shops like the Donut Frier). The host was very responsive when we had some questions. We did end up going to one of the dinner shows and used the Explorie ticket (had to call them as never got the email, better to look into it sooner than later). Things to note for your stay, the kitchen does have not have an oven which is worth keeping in mind for any food prep, TV has a lot of channels, but wish I had brought an HDMI cable to plug in my iPad for streaming services. For the price range this falls in, I thought it was a great value. The condo is cute and functional. We’d recommend a stay here.

The property is nice and located close to the main strip. The hot tub is broken and they have no plans on fixing it, according to staff. We had some issues with our room, safety and cleaning, and when I brought them to our host attention I was ghosted, but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home with the exception of the hot tub which was out of order for the entire property. These things happen. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly responsive, providing clear communication and helpful tips that made our trip even better. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful property that is a quick walk down to the strip. We walked to the Pancake Pastry and Donut Friar a couple of mornings. Parking was easy and elevator took us close to our room. Host was responsive when we had a couple of questions on how the AC worked. It is a dated unit, but it didn't negatively affect our stay at all. The partnering with Xplorie was amazing. My daughter and I were there together and used several of the free ticket options. If we were buying a kids ticket and adult ticket, it took off the price of the adult ticket. We did Dollywood, Hatfield and McCoy and the Upper River Rafting options. We would recommend all of these experiences!! Will definitely stay with this host again in the future as we had a great experience.

The condo was close to the downtown shopping and the bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. The condo is smaller than it looks on line and the outside facilities need a facelift. Check in was easy and the kitchen was sufficient for a 2 day stay but a longer stay would have been harder because the kitchen was not that well stocked for making meals. Overall the stay was good.
