Great location and perfect if you have dogs. House had all the supplies you could need. Property manage was very responsive with any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay there.

The house was in a great location and the lake views were tremendous. The house overall was good. A few minor maintenance issues. We really enjoyed our time there.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Eric was fast to respond taking care of any needs! Well stocked and the VIEW was amazing there. Downside bring your own beach chairs for down by the water. The neighbors were wonderful on both sides.Fire on the beach was fun but no seating.

Host was very responsive. beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the view from the back patio. However upon entry all we could smell was a wet dog smell. Place could have been cleaner - ie back patio area and grill. Just needs some TLC.

We arrived at check in time 4 pm we had to sit on the back porch for an hour and fifteen minutes before entering because the cleaning crew was still inside working. I think the place could use a thorough walk through to get things working right and do some weeding. Also empty the trash cans before people come with more trash and no wear to put it. Maybe have at least one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms. I understand we should bring our own but you dont expect NO toilet paper when you show up . Also clean out the refrigerator and freezer no one wants other peoples food.

Absolutely Disgusting. This was by far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. The house was completely filthy and reeked of cat urine and dog odor the moment we walked in. We had no choice but to spend HOURS deep cleaning the home just to make it livable — not something you should ever have to do on a vacation.The floors were covered in hair and dirt. Both toilets were full of black mold and grime. The bathroom floors were black with filth. Towels smelled like dirty feet, bath mats reeked of wet animals and were matted with hair, and the washer and dryer were packed with dirt and hair.We found bugs, spiders, and dirt in the bedroom drawers and shelves. The pillows under the cases were stained, discolored, and smelled awful. Dirt was even in the bedsheets themselves. Old, rotting food was left in the fridge and freezer. There were no extra blankets or bedding provided.The couches were disgusting — covered in pet hair that we had to vacuum off ourselves. The entire home had to be vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized by us — including all sinks. The laundry room door was broken (we fixed it), and the Roku was still in the box — we had to set that up ourselves. The outdoor landscaping was completely neglected.We had our father with us, who has stage 4 cancer and a broken knee, and we couldn’t even bring him into the house upon arrival because it was so filthy. This rental was a disgrace and nothing like what was advertised. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
