Pelican Beach Terrace 805 offers all the amenities you'd expect in a luxurious resort condominium at a price that won't break the bank. This spacious, professionally decorated, 2 bedroom condo offers views of the Gulf and a private on-site lake with colorful fountains from the oversized, private balcony. Located on the 8th floor, there is a king sized bed in the master, another king in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Also, there is gorgeous flooring in the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a washer and dryer and Keurig coffee maker in the condo for your convenience.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

In addition to the 95 spacious vacation condominiums, The Terrace at Pelican Beach offers spacious meeting facilities, an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, a video game room and limited covered parking facilities.

The Pelican Tiki Bar is our own beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. 

Chan’s Market Café brews Starbucks Coffee, and is open for breakfast every morning at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach – Chan’s offers everything from salads to sandwiches to pizza.

You can order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. I’m sure you’ll agree Pelican Beach Terrace has everything you’re looking for in a beach vacation home!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

This is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!

Perfect!

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view. This tower is farther away from the beach but easily walkable. Makes for a more quiet stay. We loved everything about it!

Family vacation Terrace 805

My family of six had the best time this year! We had great weather all seven days that we were there! This condo we stayed at was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed in the room. If we needed anything at all Realjoy booking was there to help!

Vacation for two

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Terrace in Destin,FL. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and we felt safe! The bed, furniture were all comfortable, and the Keurig was a nice touch! We had a beautiful view of gulf from our terrace, and could see the ocean as well.Thank you for a lovely time!

The property was fine until we had issues with the bathroom tub..the knobs came off and we had to have them turn water off and they couldn’t fix it right away so we had to be transferred to another unit which was a BIG inconvenience because we had to move all our things and groceries to a whole different unit and on top of that it was my birthday so it really put a damper on my supposed great day 😫😤

Fabulous Get-away

We are repeat guests at Pelican Beach Resort but first stay at the Terrace. The u it is well decorated, comfortable and inviting.We enjoyed the pool being less crowded and the elevators were easily accessible. The beach is only a short walk. LDV beach service is fantastic. Be sure to reserve chairs and umbrellas well ahead of your stay. We would recommend the unit for groups of 4. There is a sleeper sofa that was uncomfortable but we made due. Realjoy is professional, communative and makes sure you stay is everything you want it to be. We will definitely be back.

Amazing & Beautiful Location

Overall, this was a wonderful experience! First and foremost the check in process was very easy and straightforward. The condo was beautiful, very clean; and very well decorated! My only complaint is that I wish the bathrooms were renovated as it’s seems the kitchen and living area were. However, it didn’t much effect the stay of my trip! The location of the condo is in a very safe and beautiful area guarded by security & fully gated around with only one entrance with security in the front! Walking to the beach for the first time was a little confusing, if you plan on walking to the beach from the condo you have to go through the property only, the bridge that goes across the pond is misleading as it brings you to the houses which are completely separate from the Pelican resort. All in All, I recommend this condo to everyone and give it a 5/5 for my stay!

Overall great stay

Overall, we were extremely pleased with this room and location in Destin, FL. It is in the heart of the town with several restaurants and attractions around. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We were pleased with the pools, rental chairs for the beach, and the tiki restaurant on the beach at the main building. The only reason I am not giving this stay 5 stars is due to the listing stating that there is a complimentary tram service to the main beachfront building. This is inaccurate and one of the main reasons that we booked this room as my sister has recently torn ligaments in her knee and we did not want her to have to walk too far to get to the beach. We spoke with the employees at the main building desk and they advised that they haven't had the tram service for quite some time. The walk from the terrace building to the beach/main building wasn't too far, but obviously was a pain for someone with recent knee issues. If the tram service had not been advertised on this listing, then obviously it wouldn't have been an issue. Overall we were very pleased! The property and our room were in excellent condition and we hope to stay again soon! Would absolutely be a 5 star review if not for the inaccurate tram listing.

This was a girls trip for myself, my mother, my daughter and her friend. We had a great time and didn’t have any issues at the condo during our stay. It was spacious and just as the pictures showed. The view was nice for a condo that isn’t directly on the water/beachfront. Aside from some visible moisture issues in the bathrooms, the condo was nice and well kept. There was an extra fridge in the dining room that I thought was out of place and unnecessary for the size of the condo but it wasn’t a problem. The condo was a short walk from the beach access and most days we could pack our car up and drive to the parking lot that was closer to the access. The tiki bar was convenient, not very expensive and the food was pretty good too. Having access to 3 pools was fun for the girls. The one at our condo was never very crowded. Beach access was easy; however, the beachfront space allocated for the resort is not sufficient for the number of guests the resort accommodates. When renting beach chairs we were told it was first come first serve so we showed up at 9am to claim front row. It turns out first come first serve actually meant first to reserve (I am assuming) because the chairs had names on them. They line 4 rows of chairs and it is very crowded. Meanwhile the beaches on both sides are much less crowded and just have chairs in one row. This is not a complaint just something I think folks should know. Overall our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed the property. The staff we encountered on grounds were friendly and we did not encounter any issues during our stay.

Beach wedding weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was nice, clean and spacious. I also had my wedding ceremony on the beach which was a few minutes from our condo. The location is perfect and close to everything, which saved us from spending alot of money on gas. My only complaint is that I thought we would have a better view of the beach .

Great location & view, modern furnishings, comfortable

The Terrace has everything you need for a large party. Our 2 bedroom was comfortable for a party of 6, with 1 or 2 kids sleeping on the couch bed. If you don't mind the short walk to the beach (as it is not directly on the beach), having access to the Pelican Resort, that DOES sit on the beach is really nice (Tiki Bar and extra pools).

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall everything was pretty good. A few complaints: water pressure in spare bathroom shower was not great, and the couple staying in there did not like that it was two twin beds pushed together. Felt that was false advertising for a king bed. The property was clean, easily accessible and perfect for what we needed and wanted. The beach was a bit further than expected and not super visible from the balcony. And the phone number provided was not to the resort so they were not familiar with the check in process. The listing is also not clear that this is a condo at a resort until after booking and you receive information regarding your stay.

Beautiful condo, nice location

Overall, this was a great choice for a beach getaway. Best of both worlds in that we didn't have to pay beachfront prices, but still had full use of the beachfront facilities. It's a super easy walk down to the beach. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and looks recently renovated. We had a plumbing issue in one bathrooms that was quickly fixed. My only suggestion would be to beef up the kitchen supplies. We didn't cook much while we were there and there were only three of us so it wasn't a big deal, but the dishes were very minimal, so a family of four or more with plans to cook meals would washing dishes a lot. We were pleasantly surprised by the supply of beach chairs (4 of them! There was also one umbrella we didn't use). These were nice to take down to the beach in the evenings after the rentals were put away.
