This resort complex has a private beach with pristine white sand and its emerald-green colored water. The Terrace not only has its very own great amenities including heated pool, hot tub & work out room but shares all amenities that the Pelican Beach Resort has to offer as well such as 3 more pools (1 is zero entry), 2 hot tubs, tikki bar, cafe, sauna, additional work out room, small arcade and tennis & pickleball courts. Why pay for ocean front when you can still enjoy it all but be in a quieter, less crowded building and pool area.

This spacious unit is decorated in a very comfortable and relaxing beach-like setting located on the 4th floor with a large terrace-like balcony which faces the pool & hot tub and overlooks a gorgeous lagoon style lake with fountains and views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit features:

- one king bed in master bedroom

- one queen bed in guest bedroom

- one queen sleeper sofa in living room

- master bedroom and living room open to balcony

Included are free panoramic wi-fi internet access, (3) flat screen TVs with Direct TV & DVD/Blue Ray player in living room and master bedroom, washer & dryer, ceiling fans, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A beach cart, a few chairs & beach umbrella are also available for your convenience.

General policies: the person making the reservation must be 25 or older and occupy the rental unit the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm and Check-out time is promptly 10:00 am.
