Aloha. Have you noticed how we're constantly towards the top of Kihei and Maui Vista searches. Well, vrbo has a system of metrics they use that ranks all listings, basically putting the best units available in front of guests...and we're crushing those metrics and have been since inception. Our story and reviews are below, but it a nutshell, this is a good one and we'd love to have you choose us. Mark and Pam


Dynamite rates on a Dynamite Maui Vista remodeled ground floor pool front unit. Owners finished an extensive kitchen, living, bedroom & bathroom update. Ground floor unit in the much desired building #1 - walks right out to pool (no parking lot view from our unit) or 200 actual steps from your poolside lanai to Charley Young beach. New appliances, hickory cabinets, solid granite counters, glass tiled back splash, custom made matching hickory fold down 'KING' Murphy Wall bed and a well endowed 70 inch wall mounted smart HDTV. Yep...It's a 'BIGGEE' but I've been on Maui when it's rained non stop. Might as well have a little luxury if you're trapped inside. Besides it's so big & swivels you can see it from the lanai....probably the pool....heck, maybe even the beach! This is the ultimate snow bird or family unit.

*New high end Cal King mattress in bedroom.
*Keyless Coded Door Entry. Your very own private code.
*Central A/C-Top of the line Mitsubishi.
* New Double Hung Double Pane Windows and Lanai Slider - Living area and Bedroom - the noisy slotted windows are history!
*The custom made King wall bed also allows for a thicker quality mattress (new 1/2023) than the normal smaller murphy beds and absolutely blows away hide a beds.
Same great building #1 pool front location.

This was a perfect spot for both of us. Mark and Pam were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Another thing I like is that the communication between Mark and ourselves was fantastic and very quick. I would absolutely recommend anyone stay at this property except nex November when I plan on being back lol. it has everything and has been remodelled very well.

Mark and Pam are generous, responsive hosts who made our stay smooth and welcoming. The condo is clean, spacious, and modern, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen (plenty of pots, pans, and utensils), and lots of beach gear. Its location is idealā€”just a short walk to the beach, with food, gas, and groceries close by.A special note of gratitude: they kindly allowed us a later check-out, which may not always be possible, but made our last day especially relaxing. This was the perfect home base for enjoying the island, and we would gladly stay here again.

Great Stay

Great stay! This place is well located, has everything you need, and super clean. The bed is awesome too. The Lanai is just a few steps from the pool. The tv worked perfectly! We have stayed in properties owned these hosts 3 times now, every stay has been perfect. They are great to deal with! The sunsets from Charley Young Beach which is across the street are amazing too! Thank you!

Best room in Maui Vista!

I have been staying at Maui Vista every year for years, have had many rooms, none like this. The owners are great, the room is better than advertised, I will definitely be re booking to stay here again! Worth every penny. If this room is available, book it, you wonā€™t fond one better. The pool is just outside the patio door and the walk to Charley Young is as close as you can get. 10 out of 10 all day.

Perfect getaway

My daughter and I loved walking everywhere for beach time and delicious food trucks. The location was a perfect leaving point for day trips too. The condo had everything you need and was clean and comfortable. Mark and Pam responded super quick when I had questions. A wonderful stay and I would love to return.

This condo unit was perfect for our needs. My wife and I are regular Kihei visitors, but we had never stayed at Maui Vista before. When I found this listing online, it really peaked my interest. Let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. Well appointed, renovated unit. All the amenities that you need. Clean, and right at the footsteps of the best beach in Kihei. Mark (host) was outstanding, and responded to all of my messages immediately.I highly recommend this unit, to anyone that is looking for a one bedroom unit (with extra Murphy in living room), and wants to be in the heart of Kihei, and just steps from the beach.5 stars all the around!!!Well rent this unit again.

Perfect place

This is a wonderful condo, steps away from the pool, 5 min walk to the beach, nice grounds, fully equipped, friendly staff, easy walk to restaurants, bars, markets, we used the bbq pit, easy to drive to other places, would definitely stay here again

Great access to beach - across the street. Missed having a "smart" TV for access to Netflix, Prime, etc. Ample kitchen accessories and sharp (non-serrated) knives which were perfect. Patio was nice and pool was right out the sliding door. The few times I needed to communicate with the host, I was able to get in touch immediately. Thanks Mark and Pam.

Perfect location right across the street from the beach. Very well outfitted with folding beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Absolutely excellent value!

Close to Perfect!

We enjoyed this condo while visiting family for 2 weeks in June. For us, the most excellent qualities of this home were the comfortable beds (including the Murphy bed!), the air conditioning in the living room AND bedroom, the location (especially being in bldg 1), the ground floor lanai and short walk to the pool and beach! We also used the beach chairs and umbrellas just about every day. There were also several ice chests. The grounds of the entire property were very well maintained and parking was never a problem. BBQs worked well and are very close to the condo. The owner always responded almost immediately whenever we communicated with him. We had a problem getting the cable TV to work and it's an older smart TV so we were unable to add new apps to it to watch anything else. But it was nice to "check out" from TV while we were on Maui. There's a musty smell in the bedroom (maybe from the wooden furniture that got damp?) and not a lot of toiletries provided but the positives by far outweigh any slight negative we may have experienced. We inquired about staying here again in October but it's booked and we have an extra person so we were able to book a 2-bedroom in the same building. We've stayed at several different condos in Kihei and finally decided Maui Vista has the best location for us. I would recommend this to any family of 4 that can get away with 1 bathroom. As mentioned, the Murphy bed is great and so much better than a pull out couch.

Great.

Easy walk to different restaurants and the beach. Plenty of grocery stores available. Quiet clean. All kitchen stuff you could need is there. Lots of beach items. Excellent having a walkout to the private patio.

Ideal location

The property delivered everything that it promised! The property was quiet, clean, very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was ideally located to the beaches and surrounding shops. Hosts were very welcoming and clearly take pride in their property. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much.

Perfect location between the hustle and bustle of the main areas. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. Great home base to explore different parts of the island. Rental had everything we needed and more.

We've been fortunate to travel to Maui many times over the years. We live in Washington State and always wanted to purchase a place on Maui. So in early 2013 we took the plunge. Our contractor completed the remodel in March and we absolutely love the finished unit. The unit has pretty much been booked solid since the completed renovations and we've had many returning guests. We'd love for you to give us a shot and become a repeat guest too!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our first love is the beach and it had to be close - we're directly across from one of the best on Maui. Secondly we wanted to be by some 'watering holes & eateries' - there's enough PUB choices to keep things fresh for a months stay. Lastly we wanted a grocery store near by - done...and you can do all three just walking. No other complex is even on the radar for all 3 walking luxuries!

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We choose a unit on the ground floor because we love being outside. The Lanai is so much bigger and with the grass right there it just gives you much more room to spread out BUT we also didn't want to be looking at the 'parking lots' like so many units do at the Maui Vista. Our Realtor pointed out this pool front unit and we Pounced!
