Book with us and come to Maui to explore everything we have to offer!

Ocean view tropical escape. A short stroll to beautiful Charley Young Beach, directly across the street from your unit. Completely remodeled with porcelain tile, full size washer/dryer, Cherry wood hallway closets, a queen Murphy bed with window AC and a TV in the living room. The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed for a restful stay. 6 Tennis Courts, 3 Swimming Pools, and near the barbeque area. There is also ample parking.
The condo is equipped with free WI-FI, large flat screen tv, large outdoor lanai. The unit has a full kitchen so you can prepare your own meals from the wonderful farmer's market nearby or grocery store a little drive away. If you have children, there is an amazing park within a mile. South Kihei Road bike trail is great if you come to bike while on vacation. Maui Vista has amazing beautiful landscaping on its sprawling resort. Close to it all from shopping, hiking, golf, dining, and beach activities. You will enjoy the tranquil nature of Maui Vista that is close to the action but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Some of the best restaurants that Maui has to offer are just a short drive or Uber away.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Great place to stay

The property was very clean and had all the necessities. It’s great for 2-4 people. The place was quiet and in the perfect central location to see all of Maui.

Xmas holiday in Maui

We took our adult children to Maui and our stay was great at our unit. It’s was convenient, clean and had all the necessities to eat in when we wanted to.Close to the beach, tennis courts and restaurants. We hope to come back soon!

Excellent location in Kihei!

Excellent location and unit for family vacation. We enjoyed the very close proximity and easy access to Charley Young Beach, all that Kihei and Maui had to offer, the pool very close to the unit and especially the ground floor walkout onto the beautiful lawn.

All in all a great stay and no complaints. Very easy to access the property, property was very clean and nice, and love that area in Kihei. Thanks again so much!

Great short trip

I stayed with a friend for four days to attend a wedding. The attractive and comfortable condo and complex more than met our needs and expectations. The location is also great. I will not hesitate to return.

Nice Location!

The dishwasher and sink were pretty stinky and dishwasher didn’t work great. And there were ants in the bathroom. But if you look past that, the location was great and the Murphy bed sets this one apart from other Maui vista properties we have stayed at before!

Great location

Easy to stay without a car. A few things missing. Dish clothes extra blankets needs better beach chairs small containers. Quite noisy and too light in bedroom and for Murphy bed. All in all enjoyable vacation.

great location

the property management was very effective in effecting repairs to screen door, toilet and wifi. Unfortunately the bathroom and kitchen bug infestation did not get eliminated.

Great location

Great location walkable to Charlie Young beach. Condo is showing its age a bit. Wish I had brought ear plugs since the bedroom is on the first floor right by the entrance to the building. The window lets in every sound of people coming and going and there is lots of coming and going.

Great location. Room was not clean. Dryer vents in to the room. Washer stunk so couldn’t use.

Aloha, We are just now learning about the washer and cleanliness. The message we received only mentioned a pest being seen upon arrival, which we addressed the next morning with some spray and bait, which is very common to experience in our tropical environment. Hawaii Real Estate Executives

Maui Vista Condo visit

Very dirty, in need of many repairs, no hot water for showers, cockroaches in dishwasher an unpleasant surprise, window screens dirty and malfunctioning. Good location but will seek a different venue for our next Maui visit.

Property Review

Rental unit was dusty, I was not able to use a/c unit when using the washer and dryer. Unit is located on the ground floor with alot of foot traffic that moves past the bedroom which creates alot of noise. Checking in and out was easy and nice

Peaceful, tranquil setting

The 3rd building at Maui Vista is the quiet building, we loved the peace that it offered. The few concerns that we reported to the management company were handled promptly. The condo has everything you need for a week stay. The keyless entry was so convenient, no worry about losing the key while at the beach. The pool is just steps away from the lanai which our toddler loves. Be aware there is no longer an ocean view as there is now a 6 story complex being built right in its way. It is still a beautiful and comfortable property and we would be happy to return in the future.

Hawaii for the first visit

Very average. Need an extension cord in the Bedroom for the lamp. Can't run the dryer and AC at the same time. Not enough towels for the bathroom. Never got back to me about the bracelet I left in the room.Locked the door right at 11:00AM and we needed 1 more minute, I guess that was our fault.

The property is just like the pictures, well almost, I believe the dinning room table is different, but it was nice. you have air-conditioning in both rooms. Rice cooker, stove works, only thing I would suggest is to open the padio door when you are cooking, because there is no ventilation above the stove. We did have a problem with the toilet not shutting off, but I called the rental company, and they had someone out within the hour, and it was late friday after noon, was very impressed with that, they even sent me an email saying that Marlyn was on his way, he was very nice and professional as well, and had the problem fixed, right away. you can op to drive down to the beach, there is a parking lot right across the street, otherwise the walk down is easy, a little bit of a hill coming back, because you are in the 3rd building, which was quite and less traffic, we have stayed in the 2nd building, and it seemed more people in and out there, we enjoyed being in the back. the pool is right outside your lanai, and it never got too noisy from anyone, and you can walk right thru the grass to the pool which is salt water, very nice. Couple of tips for everyone, if you go to longs drugs, go to the travel section, and they have mini bottles of laundry soap, six loads for 3, perfect for our stay, but bring your own dryer sheets, Check out the Wailea Mall down the street, they have a free hula show, very entertaining, lasts about an hour, get there early for a seat, check website

The property is in the third building, so I had to walk to the back. Without a rental car, I did quite a bit of walking. There are three pools available for use, which was nice, but the highlight was the easy walk to the beach. They provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas for guests to take to the beach. The water is sandy, so some sand does get into swimsuits, but it doesn’t take away from the joy of warm water. I used Uber for most outings. Nearby stores include ABC store, shaved ice spots, fish and chips, and Foodland supermarket. It’s a family-friendly environment, and customer service was great—they even helped me troubleshoot the TV. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer on hand. I do recommend to make sure you get the check in instructions because I didnt get it and I had to call to have it sent to me or if I did it was propably hiding in my junk mail.

Not what I expected

The Condo was not like the pictures. The ceiling fans were different and the one in the living area needed a new battery in the control for the light and fan speed. The Carpet under the couch and table had stains on it. The pillows on the couch we very worn. The Condo had a Gecko inside that made noise at night. The Dishwasher didn't work well. Dishes came out with food still on it. The Garbage disposal didn't work. I experienced a Security person tell a family to leave the pool area. They were having a good time and someone complained. I cut my stay short. I was hoping to be reimbursed for 4 days. But nothing was said. I won't be returning to that facility again.

Disappointed

I feel like this unit would be a great place to buy but falls short of the mark of convenience for a vacay rental. Management Co is always available and was quick to respond to my request for beach chairs and ice trays. Pros Maui Vista is a great complex!! Nice couch, cabinetry, countertops and floors. Updated kitchen layout. Cons Dining table is not the one shown in picture. The table in the unit is to small to seat 4 people. No ice maker No fans Dryer vents into livingspace. We don’t usually use AC but the dryer heated the unit up. You cant use the AC when the dryer is in use. TJ max style metal nightstands make a loud clanging sound whenever anything ( waterglass, phone) is moved during the night. Microfiber polyester beach towels are great for backpacking but lack comfort and warmth at the pool. Dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes.

First Trip to Maui

This little condo is so cute! The property is immaculate and the condo is welcoming and comfortable. There were 2 of us staying here and we were very happy with the unit. My only complaint is the window in the bedroom is VERY thin and lets in any and all noise. If there are people standing near by outside and holding a conversation, you can hear every word of their conversation. I did enjoy the morning wake up calls from all of the birds, but not so much from the humans. The view from the patio faces the pool, which is only a few steps away, we loved this! Made it very easy to enjoy the day at the pool. We even made some friends at the pool! All in all we were very pleased with our stay here and I would absolutely look to stay here again if I am ever back in the area.
