Great Beachfront Getaway

Great place to stay. Right on the beach with direct access and the screened in balcony is a must for Florida. I have never been to this part of Florida before and was really shocked at how many beautiful shells could be found at every step on the beach. Plenty of dining nearby as well as mini golf and ice cream for the kids. All in all a great place to disconnect and recharge.

February get away

Property was well represented on website. Found everyone we met refreshing and kind and enjoying Florida like ourselves. Condo was nicely located and has an awesome view of the beach and sunsets. Also found the owner extremely helpful.

Great place to stay!

The condo at 202 Seawinds was perfect. Great location! It was nice to have the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available. The kids loved the pool and the beach was amazing. Getting the keys mailed prior to arrival was nice also.

Beautiful Location & Property

Wonderful beachfront condo with ocean views off of a great balcony. Comfortable condo with everything needed to enjoy Marco Island including a 2-minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic vacation and truly enjoyed our stay in this rental. It was very clean and function - it had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were amazing and we loved staying right on the beach. Would love to return.

We had an amazing week at Marco Island. The location of the condo is perfect and so convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping! We enjoyed the lovely pool and hot tub and ease of getting around.

Family trip to Marco

This is our second time staying in Sea Winds and we again enjoyed our time on Marco. The condo is cozy for a family of five but we had everything we needed. Perfect location for watching sunsets and you can’t beat being located right on the beach.

This is a very clean, cozy unit. 2nd floor is convenient with wonderful sunset views. Easy access to beach & shelling. Great location to various restaurants. Overall a great property.

On the beach!

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach, even by just lounging on the screen porch overlooking the beach instead of putting up an umbrella and chairs. Just as advertised and very comfortable. Great parking and access situation. We expect to stay here again.

Best Escape from Winter

Tim’s place was very clean and welcoming when we arrived after a long drive. w Check in and check out we’re very easy. We loved the screened in balcony, especially for sunset views when we weren’t on the beach. In addition to the comfortable lounges on the balcony, we really appreciated the hightop table and stools. So perfect for morning, coffee and a crossword puzzle or two. Loved our time there and will be back!

Family of 4 Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Condo is quaint and had everything we needed. Our daughters ages 7 and 9 loved the spare bedroom with their own bathroom. We ate many meals on the balcony, which initially we were disappointed about being screened in, but learned to appreciate it after seeing the bird activity. We spent a lot of time in the pool (my husband loved that it was deep enough to enjoy) and on the beach! The sunsets were directly facing the condo and we often swam out to the sandbar during it. Also, we loved the beach chairs umbrella and cart supplied in the room. We rented beach cruiser bikes and explored the island and loved the location to many restaurant's and shops. Oh and we loved the shells we found and my daughters first time playing tennis. It was a remarkable first visit to Marco Island. Tim was also a great communicator regarding keys. We would love to return!!

1st time in Marco

My family enjoyed Marco. Condo was in a great location. Could use some updating. Basic kitchen items are needed. No can opener or kitchen items needed to cook a full meal with. A trip to Walmart would do it. Beds are comfortable Happy to experience Marco.

This was our first time staying on Marco Island. We enjoyed the condo location and the conveniences of the beach access. We were especially grateful for the balcony views! We were disappointed with the pool (too cold for swimming) and the hot tub (not clean). Amenities in the condo were adequate, but a starter set of dishwashing liquid and laundry soap would have been helpful. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions and even sent a repair person to fix a couple of things during our stay.

Two weeks in January

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks in this condo. The unit is somewhat small, but clean and well equipped. Beautiful beach view and lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Communication with the host was great, and checking in and out was seamless The elevator was broken more than half the time we were there. This wasn’t a problem for us, as the unit is on the second floor. Felt bad for people staying on high floors, although the front desk people tried to ferry them up and down manually. Also, the dryer vents into the unit, which generated a lot of humidity. Overall, a great stay and we hope to return!

Great location, updates needed

Great location with an amazing view of gulf. The cleaning crew could use some review/training. Spare blanket (we didn't need) was still wet in closet while the pillow cases and one hand towel looked to have makeup stains (hopefully) on them. One of the 2 lounge chairs on the balcony was broken and essentially unusable and we reported to owner. The 4 beach chairs provided had stains on them (whether sweat, dirt or otherwise) and so had to cover with towels. None of these was a show-stopper, rather you just come to expect a certain level of cleanliness/function for this price.

On the beach

The condo was as described, I would however add some baking pans and one or two bigger pots. The bathroom with the King size bed needed a shower liner and the beds were not comfortable at all, especially if you have a bad back. They were way to soft. There were only two beach chairs and the people that work the front desk were not friendly at all to us whenever we had a question. The location however was perfect, right on the beach and to watch the sunrise and sunset every night from the balcony was just amazing. We saw dolphins and a stingray jump right out of the water. If you are into shelling this is the place, just amazing the shells we found there. This is a very laid back, quiet vacation spot so if you are looking for a nice, quiet, no drama atmosphere this is the place.

Misleading description

The property was listed as “newly updated.“ I think being updated in the 80s does not count. When we first opened the door to the unit, the mildew smell was overwhelming. There was a very large and very loud dehumidifier running, which is a sign that there is likely an ongoing problem in the unit. The smell never went away, and added to that was a strong sewer/public bathroom smell that was pretty consistent but would get worse at times, particularly in the master bedroom and bathroom. There are two positive things I will say about this unit. The water pressure was great, and unless we were all showering around the same time, we mostly had hot water. The other thing is that the owner of the unit seemed very nice and was very responsive getting back with me with all of my concerns. I just think there is probably only so much that can be done with a unit that old. Until it is truly updated, it’s just never really going to feel clean. We were very envious of our friends who were also staying in the building, paying the same price as us, with a unit that was truly updated. Everything was beautiful, modern, high-quality. and no nasty odors.
