Your own patio, table chairs & BBQ. A kitchenette, NOT a kitchen. 2 blocks from Palm Springs High School, minutes to Downtown, Convention Center, Mountains.
3 guests. Parking on street in front of OUR home. :)

The space
Master bedroom and second smaller bedroom separated by double pocket doors. Crisp white sheets, private entrance with on street parking, the room has a private patio, kitchenette, NOT a kitchen, on suite full bathroom, Queen size bed.
Small sitting room has a full sized bed. Great mattress and all the quality bedding. Clean, Fresh, Comfortable.
Guest access
An arched gate on the left side of our home says "Welcome enter here", walk thru and around to the left, your patio is at the end of the sidewalk. Your door is red, guest spaces are the room being rented your private bath and the patio outside your door. The pool is available until 11pm and is NOT supervised. Please be attentive to those that can not swim.
Other things to note
When leaving we only ask guests to take all trash to the outside trash bins, that is as all.
The pool is unusually deep on one end and not heated unless requested. The fee is $90 once per day heated to no less than 82º. The Spa is heated at no charge.
