The Space
Step inside to a bright, open living space framed by panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortable furnishings, plenty of room to relax, and multiple TVs make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The residence comfortably accommodates up to six guests:
- Primary Suite: King bed, private balcony access, walk-in closet, office nook, and spacious en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.
- Guest Suite: Two queen beds, Gulf views, walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom.
- Third Room: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, ideal for younger children.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home, preparing a quick breakfast, or enjoying takeout from one of Clearwater Beach’s many nearby restaurants.

One of the highlights of the home is the spacious private balcony overlooking the Gulf...an incredible spot for morning coffee, an afternoon read, or cocktails as the sun sets over the water.

High-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and generous storage make longer stays especially comfortable.

Things to Know Before Booking
The minimum stay is 14 nights. Because Sandpearl HOA regulations permit only one rental per 30-day period, preference may be given to reservations of 30 nights or longer.

Following booking, guests are required to complete a lease application through TENANTEV.COM and pay the $150 HOA application fee directly to the Sandpearl HOA. Please complete the application promptly to allow sufficient time for HOA approval. HOA fees are separate from the rental charges and are not the responsibility of the owner.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the residence for the duration of the stay. Maximum occupancy is six (6) guests.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the residence. Additional fees will be assessed for violations.
