Little issues add up to a bigger problem

First of all, my name was not at the entrance gate so we were not allowed in which wouldn’t have been a problem except Jamaica was under a 2:00 curfew for COVID. We waited for 30 minutes while I panicked that we weren’t getting in. Next, there weren’t any cable tv remote controls. Luckily I could log into Netflix. The pool was another issue. It was closed by the time we checked in, however, that wouldn’t have mattered because again, my name was NOT on the list to use the pool. Then, coincidentally, the pool was closed for maintenance until July 1. So, there was no pool use for us. The house only comes with 4 bath towels. The water pressure and warmth in the showers are no good. It’s all too bad because for those of you that like to explore places like Ocho Rios, it is in a good location if you have a car or driver. And the property is safe and clean. The items in my list are easily fixable. One last suggestion for the home owner- 4 more fans in the dining room, kitchen and each bedroom would be nice.

Cozy, Relaxing Space

My family & I enjoyed our stay. The house is as described within a gated community. It's easily accessible with A/C in both bedrooms. Wi-Fi was fast, the house was very clean, hot water etc. The host was very personable & communication was excellent. Don't hesitate to reserve this home, you'll not be disappointed.

In the description it stated air conditioning. That was very misleading. There is no air conditioning in the common/living area. Only areas with a/c were the bedrooms. In 90 degree heat, A/C IS A MUST HAVE!!! The locals may not have a/c all over but I'm a tourist on vacation. PLEASE ADD THE VALUE OF COMFORT!!! The furniture in 2nd bedroom was broken. Overall it's a nice property that's centrally located.

This was a very nice home. It was in the perfect place. Right off the main road! This home was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was just a phone call away if we needed them. I will definitely recommend this home and I look forward to spending time again at this home on my next visit. This home definitely deserves all 5 stars....

Home away from home

I truly enjoyed this beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful, safe gated neighborhood. Monique was a pleasure with assisting me throughout my stay. The house pictured is exactly what you get. I’m planning a future trip to Jamaica and will definitely be renting this beautiful home again if it’s available.

As Advertised - Best Place in Jamaica

I have been to Jamaica more than a handful of times - 9 times to be exact. Kerry's place is by far the best place I have had the pleasure of staying at. The place is exactly as advertised - no let downs. The neighborhood is quiet and very secure. The location is ideal - close to Ochi and all tourist activities but far enough to relax as well, especially at the pool side located in the complex. The air conditioning is essential after the long days spent out in the sun. Kerry and Monique were very helpful. Although we didn't require much assistance, I knew Monique was only a phone call or text away. She also wasn't too overbearing as a caretaker as well which allows for a better, more relaxing stay. Thank you to both of you ladies. I know we will be returning here often.

Home away from Home!

My Best Friend and I rented this property 3/28-4/8 2018. This dwelling was lovely and clean! The time of year was fabulous. Monique(Lovely Hostess)was efficient with any request we had. Kerry Ann (Property Owner) made us feel welcomed before arriving. The staff was very professional. This was an exceptional experience. Thank you!

Home away from home

The property was nice and clean , King size bed in the Masterbedroom was comfy both rooms with AC cools you down at night. You can relax and watch TVin your room. Owner Kerry gave a quick response for my last minute booking she was very kind. Monique was there for check in and check out on time. When we arrived at the house there’s cold water & assorted drinks in the fridge waiting for us. The AC in the Masterbedroom was turned on which I really appreciate.The property was in a gated community, clubhouse was great and it was good to hang out in the pool. It’s a quite neighbourhood we enjoyed going for early walks people was friendly too. Very close to Ochorios lots of good restaurants nearby .Kerry was always in contact making sure that we’re okay.I will come back and stay again and recommend this house to my friends and family. Very nice house

The pictures are accurate, and the unit is exactly as shown in the pics. It is in drax hall, which is about 10 minutes from the center of ochi. Unit was clean, and Monique was accommodating and flexible, and wanted to make sure every thing was ok.

Loved It

I rented this property last week and what can I say, the place was wonderful! The home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well furnished with plenty of space for a family to move around. The king size bed was very comfortable and I was glad to see that the shower came with hot water. Kerry and Monique were very accessible which gave me comfort knowing that I was dealing with people who understood good customer service and who took what they were doing seriously. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Ocho Rios (Ochi). The one thing I would recommend be added to the property are some outside chairs. It would be nice to sit in the back yard late in the evening and enjoy the nice cool breeze.
