Thank you for your review Trina. We do apologize that you checked into the unit and it did not have any water. We tried to accommodate your needs by opening up another unit for you to shower in until this issue was fixed. The owner felt horrible that this was your first night experience and refunded you back that day for the inconvenience. This is a very nice unit and we hope that you will consider using Bryant Real Estate for your future vacation stays.

This condo complex is ran by a private HOA and do not allow golf carts to be parked on the property, there is nothing we can do about this. No worries! The beach is only a 3 minute walk! I have endeavored to offer a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place for my guests, but even so I will not be able to please everyone, as was the case with you. The "old couch" that you mention was purchased brand new a year ago and the Condo was completely renovated in December / 2019. Unfortunately some people in the building next door do not park their cars properly and cause problems for my renters, but luckily there are always extra parking spaces that can be used in these situations.
