Welcome to Northern Anchor, your perfect home away from home—thoughtfully designed for families, groups, and relaxing getaways. Sleeps up to 12 (utilizing the sofa bed for two and the trundle bed for one).

Traveling with kids? Pack light—we’ve got you covered. The home is fully equipped with a pack ’n play, high chairs, stroller, Bumbo, Boppy, toys, books, beach gear, toddler utensils, and more. Everything you need for a comfortable, easy stay with little ones.

Spacious, Comfortable Living -
Designed for groups up to 12 guests, the home features a large dining area with seating for 10 (6 at the table + 4 at the island + 2 high chairs available). Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking, entertaining, or longer stays.

Pools & Hot Tub -
Enjoy access to the brand-new enclosed subdivision pool and hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area. Management opens and closes the enclosure based on seasons/weather. Also, an outdoor seasonal pool is available at the marina open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. (Refunds will not be issued for unexpected closures for pool maintenance/cleanings.)

Guest access -
Our guests have access to our entire home. There are two locked storage cabinets in the basement storage room where we keep personal items. Guests also have access to the two community pools, hot tub, and marina clubhouse.

There is a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior front door for security purposes only.
