Villa Monkitail in Tulemar, a luxurious suite in the rainforest with ocean views and 3 resort pools

Villa Monkitail was completely remodeled and everything is new. This is the upper level of a two story property (with Monkitail Retreat below) and is a wonderful option for a small family or one or two couples. Each of these two properties has a private entrance and can be rented separately or together. When rented together, up to 8 guests can be accommodated.
These are situated on the hillside. Guests with mobility issues need to be aware that given the location on our property, there are stairs and ramps to climb.
Features include a new kitchen, complete with mini fridge, convection oven/microwave, ice maker, two burner stovetop, coffee maker, blender, and a dining table. The living room has a twin size day bed with additional seating. The bedroom has two queen size beds and a large screen television. There is air conditioning throughout and the new bathroom has a large walk in shower and sink with plenty of counter space.
Guests enjoy ocean, jungle, and garden views from the large wrap around terrace that beckons guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. The octagonal design of the villa was created so that you have a special view from every window in all directions, and all the windows open completely to allow the outside to virtually come inside. The villa is immersed in the jungle with lots of wildlife visits. It's almost like living in a tree house!
Guests will receive personalized concierge services before and throughout their stay and have access to all the resort amenities including the beach, resort pools, and on-site shuttle service. This property is walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and ATMs in Manuel Antonio.
NOTE: The maximum number of guests is based upon two people per bed and one person on the twin size daybed. Bedding for additional guests (such as rollaway beds or air beds) is not permitted.
