In a private residence, the villa JASMIN will bring you all the safe you could need.
Moreover it's located in a good place with all commodities near from the house(shop, beach, city...)
With 230 square meters, the villa has 4 bedrooms which have for any of them a private bathroom, a dressing and a nice view over the sea.
This can allow each person to have his own privacy.
The totally equipped kitchen, the living room and the dining room are opened on a large terrace of 180 square meters.
Wherever you are on the terrasse , you can enjoy a beautiful view on sea and hills.
A lot of furniture is available in order to make your stay more pleasant : a heated swimming pool, a barbecue, an outdoor living, some deck chairs...

Magnifique maison et excellent service

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison (design, moderne, vue mer), bien située ( proximité plages, Super U, restaurants), super bien équipée, très propre. Piscine et terrasse très agréables. Très bon accueil et excellent service ( très bonne réactivité pour répondre à nos questions ( santé plongée, location auto). Bref une option parfaite à Saint Martin.

Villas Jasmin

This property is beyond beautiful. Our family of 6 spent 13 days here and couldn't be happier. The location is fantastic, the amities are amazing. Everything worked perfect . Can't say too many times this place is wonderful. You can't go wrong. The kitchen is made for a chef, everything you needed was available. Maly who is the property manager went beyond our expectations, She was available when ever we had questions before and after arrival. Maly is one of a kind.

Wonderful Vacation

Our week at Villa Jasmin was amazing! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers in the house and there was plenty of space for all of us. We spent most of the time that we were in the house in the pool, lounging on the deck and cooking in the best equipped vrbo kitchen we have ever stayed in. We have a chef in the group and he was very happy with all of the appliances and gadgets that were available for him to work with. We loved how the kitchen opened up to the deck so we could all still be hanging as a group while dinner was being made. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked extremely well in all 4 bedrooms. We have rented homes in St Martin before and would definitely come back to Villa Jasmin again.... The area felt very safe and it was the perfect location on the island to get to all the places we love to visit. A huge bonus was having Maly as a resource for ideas on beaches, restaurants and outings on the Island. We would send her an email in the afternoon letting her know our plans for beaches and restaurants the next day and she would have all the reservations made for us by evening.... which included making sure we had 7 front row beach chairs waiting for us at most of the places we went throughout the week (that is a huge benefit when the cruise ships are in and everyone is looking for chairs)! I loved working with Maly and she is one of the main reasons we would rent Villa Jasmin again!

Family Vacation Heaven

Hello I am a father of three kids 6 and under and along with my wife, Brother, his 4 year old son and my mother we enjoyed a week at Villa Jasmin. The view is great and the pool is perfect. Modern accommodation, nice open kitchen and living room. The beaches are close as is fine or casual dining. We plan to stay again. Maly was welcoming, easy to work with and she knows the island well. It was easy, fun and you will not be disappointed. I am not a review writer, but I wanted to let others know that this is what you think it is - sunshine, central location, nice views, and a great place to be with family or friends.

Fantastic Villa for a family or group

We visited in March 2017, a Family of 3 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room to spread out, the villa easily and comfortably accommodates 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is very well outfitted with all appliances and utensils including dishwasher. Stunning views of Mont Vernon area, Orient Bay and Pinel Island. Bedrooms all have air conditioning, living rooms are open air but can be closed up at night with roll down security screens. Very well equipped with every possible kitchen need, washer, dryer, WiFi, 2 safes, security/alarm system, hot tub, pool We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

As Lovely as the Pictures

Amazing home with amazing views. We spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoor space. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation... it's just a bit difficult finding fresh food to prepare. Maly was very helpful with questions and problems. WE had a lovely week and thoroughly enjoyed the home. Two reasons I did not rank the home a 5 STAR. There are no toilets in 2 of the bedrooms... the description of the bathroom spaces is accurate in the write up. The two bedrooms share a very small powder room down the hall. The other reason is the driveway. The grade of the driveway is intimidating. You must accelerate upon entry to even have a chance of getting up and it is very dangerous to walk down. (I am a skier from Michigan.) Also, you need a very good map to locate this home. WE had a lot of difficulty locating the home on the first day.

Villa Jasmin did not disappoint - a beautiful view, room to spread out, and a great caretaker.

We enjoyed the Christmas holiday at Villa Jasmin. The home was just as pictured, beautiful views and decor. Plenty of room for 2 families of four. We appreciated having a home base from which to explore St Maarten, rather than returning to hotel rooms every night. The ability to cook, wash clothes, and spend time relaxing together made this vacation complete! The privacy of our own pool when we chose to stay home was lovely. We especially appreciated the help of Maly! She recommended some great spots to visit and eat and took the extra step of making reservations for us several times. Her advice was priceless. We also took her recommendation and used Banana rental for our cars. We were met at the airport and guided to the property which made our arrival easy. We would definitely recommend Villa Jasmin for a great place to stay!

Great stay in St. Martin

We stayed at Villa Jasmin as two families with young children (4 adults and 5 kids all under 5) and there was more than enough room for all of us. One playpen and highchair was provided and we brought an additional playpen of our own. Four of the kids shared a bedroom and one slept in the studio with a baby monitor we brought with us. The villa definitely lives up to its pictures. Maly was always available and helpful including setting us up with rental cars with carseats and escort from the airport, accepting our security deposit in CAD to save us the conversion, linking us to grocery drop off so the villa was stocked on our arrival, arranging a fence to be installed around the pool for the kids, making restaurant reservations for us, offering to reserve beach chairs on Pinel Island for us and answering any and all questions we had both before and during our stay. The villa is clean and very well stocked with all the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms (including beach towels) so we were left only to buy our own food and drink. The villa is very close to Orient Bay and French Cul de Sac to catch the boat to Pinel. After a day at the beaches around St. Martin and with all the kids in bed, the view, the sea breeze and the villa left little to be desired. Would love to visit again!

Lazy Days

We spent a few wonderful days at Villa Jasmin. The location and the sea view are perfect. The decor is tasteful and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The pictures do not promise too much !! You feel totally at ease. The rental and handovers ran uncomplicated and very friendly again. Family from Germany with 2 children

Fantastic villa.

The villa was fabulous, as advertised. Location was perfect, short drive to the best beaches and restaurants on St Martin. Very private and quiet villa. Plenty of space for our party of 8 adults and one child. Melissa acted like our own personal concierge all week, booking reservations for everything from beach chairs and restaurants, to fishing charters. Her recommendations were very helpful, and made our vacation a true delight. We felt like royalty all week, I cannot say enough about her helpfulness. One charter owner actually commented on her integrity, as she expected no money in return for booking us with them..... Which is apparently common practice by hotel concierge services. She told him "I just want my clients to be happy." Thank you again, Melissa. We did not want to leave, and we can't wait to come back. The only glitch in the entire vacation was with the rental cars, which we booked on our own through National. Apparently our U.S. policies don't cover saint Martin. Be advised that the island roads can be rough on low vehicles, and island drivers can be rough on all sides.... Someone apparently smashed into the rear of one of our cars while we were in the grocery store, resulting in $1000 fee from national. I would highly recommend paying for the insurance from the rental car agency, and not using "national", as I saw them arguing with another returning customer about ground effect scratches. Be sure to identify all scratches when renting..... There will be plenty. I would have used the local company recommended by Maly and Melissa, but they were all booked. Live and learn. Overall.... Possibly the best island vacation we've ever taken.

family vacation

We stayed at villa Jasmine 1/9-1/16/16. The villa is beautiful, relaxing in it’s very design. We loved the decor. I would love to have maly decorate my home! It is fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need, plus more. We were 5 adults. The villa was larger than expected, and each bedroom was very spacious. The views from the home day & night are spectacular. It was nice to know that after a day of exploring that you had such a nice place to come back to each day. The only downside is the steep driveway – takes a day to get used to.

Best place for a family Christmas !

What a beautiful home for our family vacation ! We spent two weeks over Christmas and New Years in this wonderful home. The pictures don't do it justice absolutly the perfect family vacation home. The set up of the bedrooms gave everyone their privacy and the views were spectacular. The kitchen was so well equipped everything and more for making a big Christmas dinner. We found the location for our family was perfect as we went to a different beach everyday and dinner out several nights and nothing was more than a 10 to 30 minutes drive. Mel was terrific! Any questions she was always very prompt in her response and went out of her way to print our boarding passes out for us before we left. Which was so helpful. If we are fortunate enough to come back to this beautiful island we would not hesitate to book Villa Jasmin

Great Spring Break at Villa Jasmin

We took a family spring break trip to St Martin (staying at Villa Jasmin) with 4 adults and 3 kids. The space was great for our family. We loved the pool and hot tub for the kids. The villa location was great as we ventured out to a new beach each day and restaurant each night. Maly and Mel were great and very responsive. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful!

We have just returned from a lovely stay at villa Jasmin. The pictures on the site really capture the cleanliness and beauty of the villa as well as the stunning view out to the ocean. The pool was warm even though it's not heated because the sun was on it all day - we really enjoyed doing laps and then relaxing in the hot tub. There is a wonderful breeze on the deck and if you need shade, the covered sitting area was perfect. Maly and Mel were unbelievably accommodating. They made all of our dinner reservations, stocked our fridge before arrival, got us in touch with banana car rentals (they were so nice - picked us up at the airport with two cars and we followed them to the villa), and made any other arrangements we asked for. They were truly helpful and very responsive. The villa is in close proximity to the Grand Cas restaurants, Hope Estates for groceries, and the kite beach for kitesurfing, windsurfing and stand up paddle. You must also try Ti Bouchon restaurant close to the villa (Maly will make you a reservation). Take the time to explore the beaches on the French side of the island and take a day trip to St. Barth. We had a great vacation and would rent this villa again for sure!

Amazing Villa!!!!!

We recently rented the Villa Jasmine for our Christmas holiday with family and friends. The villa was amazing and the pictures do not do this home justice.. The gorgeous panoramic views of the island are breathtaking. Every room in this villa is impeccably designed and captures the outdoor space. The private pool was just icing on the cake. Maly, the property manager was wonderful. She made our trip just perfect including setting up car rental with Banana rentals. A big thanks to Michael who picked us up at the airport and escorted back to the Villa. As for convenience, you are only minutes away from the grocery stores and some of the most amazing beaches. Highly recommend venturing out to the Dutch side of the island. The food and shopping were also incredible and just a short drive. If you want the WOW factor, Villa Jasmine should be your next vacation rental.. We are already planning our next stay... Thanks again Maly!!

Family Vacation

We had a womderful time at the Villa Jasmine. The realtor greeted us with beat hospitality upon arrival. The house is located 2 min from Orient Beach. We had chairs every day at Bikini beach at no extra charge, great plus plus plus... Modern house extremely confortable. Only detail is all rooms had great A/C but the liviing room and kitchen didn't which For us was a bit disapointed but owner right away had 3 great bug fans. I fully recommend this rental at St Marteen.

Perfect way to turn 30!!

I recently rented the Villa Jasmin for myself and 10 friends and in all honesty the entire trip, especially the villa couldn't have been any better. I was obviously nervous with renting a villa online, especially with only photos and previous reviews to go off of. Furthermore, wiring that much money can always be a bit unsettling. But rest assure should you decide to stay in the Villa Jasmin, you will be nothing short of amazed and pleased. Maly, the property manager was a delight, and through the entire process was timely in her email responses, very informative, helpful in planning the actual trip, and always available while we were on island. She really is a sweetheart, and a major selling point in renting this villa or anyother villa she is associted with. As far as the villa is concerned, the pictures are 100% accurate, and really don't do the house justice. From the moment you walk in your jaw will drop, the views are incredible, the interior design is sleek, modern, and inviting. The kitchen has everything you need, modern appliances, nespresso machine, new / clean dishware, place settings and so forth. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, impeccably decorated, each has an incredible view, and the master even has its own private patio with spa. The bedroom bathrooms are awesome, open designs, rainshower heads, stone floors, ample storage and closet space. The beds are large and comfortable, the a/c's work great. The rear patio / open layout of the house really is the best part. I hate to ruin the surprise, but the entire house has remote controlled automated walls that open at the push of a button, and suddenly the entire house is open to the rear patio and pool. The wow factor is unmatched. There is so much seating outside, a bbq grill, the covered portion of the patio also moves via remote controll to adjust to how much sunlight you want to let in. As someone who works in real estate, and has a personal interest in design and high end real estate, I have to admit, throughout my week at the Villa Jasmin, I caught myself over and over saying how much I LOVED this house, and how perfect it was! For those who fancy high end accomodations, and white glove service, rest assured this house has it all, to the point that you will probably wish you owned it just the way it is. Other things of note, the house is less than 2 minutes from a local retail center with a large, modern grocery store, very good wine store, new gym, etc, and Orient Beach is 5 min

Wonderful Experience

My Husband and I spent our 1 year anniversary in St. Martin at the Villa Jasmin and were nothing but impressed. We had a wonderful experience and plan to make this a yearly vacation. As soon as you walk into the villa, you are taken back by the beautiful panoramic views of the island. The air conditioned bedrooms are very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need to cook a meal.There is also a grocery store just 2 minutes down the road to buy food for your stay. The sun deck and pool were perfect for some relaxation after a day at Pinel Island (a highly recommended island just a 5 minute drive away...Yellow Beach Restaurant is the best!) This house is located on the French side of the island, but the drive back to the Dutch side is very easy. We enjoyed exploring the island, both the French and Dutch sides. Everything about our week in St. Martin was wonderful. The Villa Jasmin encompassed everything we needed to make this such a memorable vacation. From the views, the decor, the convenience, the feeling of safety and the site manager Maly, our experience was impeccable. We can't wait to go back! We are already planning with family and friends!

WOW factor

Me and my husband rented this villa for 2 weeks in May 2013. The focal point was the large and well equipped terrace, complete with its private pool and 180 degrees of gorgeous hills and ocean views. The villa offers extraordinary open living areas decorated in a modern loungy style. Each room is large and well appointed, so that a family or group of friends can easily enjoy their privacy. The staff was very friendly and discreet, from the property manager Maly to the maid, the gardener and the pool caretaker. In so many words, everything was perfect! Location on the island is also a big plus: 5-minute drive to Orient Bay Beach and its water sports, beach bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to the ferry to Pinel Island (a must-see), 10 minutes to Anse Marcel, 10 minutes to Grand-Case... As for convenience, you’re only 2 minutes away from Hope Estate where you’ll find major grocery stores and specialized stores. If you’re an epicurean, you must make a stop at Bacchus, an exclusive shop and restaurant offering great wine, gourmet grocery items and pastries (I recommend the Paris Brest - delicious!). We also felt very safe in this neighborhood. This place almost made us forget our honeymoon in the Mediterranean a few years ago... We definitely got the WOW factor we were looking for.
