Mali was a great host. House was beautifully furnished.She had a binder made up recommending restaurants, grocery stores among other things. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach is a couple minutes from the house walking.

Wonderful Stay

Great property! This house worked really well for our family and was well appointed. Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach and great restaurants. Absolutely would stay here again. House manager was easy to reach and had great suggestions and connections.

Wonderful Stay

Villa KĆ©a was exactly as advertised - well appointed, terrific location. The property manager, Maly, met us at the Villa for check-in, and she was a delight to work with both before and during our stay. This is definitely where we will stay the next time we visit Saint Martin.

Beautiful home, perfectly located

This was our 7th trip to St. Martin and the first time we had stayed somewhere other than the Grand Case Beach Club, and obviously first time renting a private home. We couldnā€™t have been more pleased with the house ā€” clean, comfortable, welcoming and well maintained. We immediately felt at home.

Best beach holiday ever

Our wonderful concierge Maly arranged everything beautifully. Picked up and delivered back to Airport, rental car awaiting at Villa and very clean, comfortable place to spend two glorious weeks in Orient Beach. I highly recommend it!

Amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Gizmo met us at the airport and Mally was waiting at the house, warmly greeted us and gave a us a tour. Location was perfect. We are already planning our next trip here.

The propertyā€™s location was great-short walk to the beach as well several good restaurants at Orient Village. The villa was clean and we loved the outdoor area. My only complaint would be that the gate and front door locks were sometimes difficult to operate. I wish it had keyless entry. We had a wonderful stay and Maly readily available and provided restaurant and transportation suggestions and contacts.

Stay at Villa Kea

A superb holiday. House is in a fabulous location close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Well equipped with everything needed for a weekā€™s stay, including electric adapters. Wonderful private pool. Scrupulously clean. Also, Maly is the ideal host, extremely responsive, courteous and informative. All in all maybe the best house we have ever rented. Highly recommended.

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful little house. Perfect for our little family. 2 min walk from a perfect beach. Maly made us feel like home. She had deals with the private beach around which was very helpful. Nice pool. Very clean house. Would come back anytime

Girls trip

Villa Kea is a beautiful place, very clean and in an excellent location. A 2 minute walk to the beach. Very safe area. Restaurants near by are very good! Everyone is also very friendly. Maly is on the ball and is an excellent host she was available to answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend this place.

Amazing Property !

Just spent one week in this amazing property. The accommodations were wonderful. Walking distance to the village which has everything you need including a market and incredible restaurants. We had 6 adults and enjoyed plenty of space. The pool was great in the afternoon after walking back from the beach which is steps away. The property manager was amazing and gave great recommendations for dining , activities and a driver. This vacation home is truly paradise!

Orient Beach family vacation

This is not my first time staying at this house, and I would come back again in a heartbeat. I think itā€™s wonderful. Itā€™s the perfect size layout for a family or group, and itā€™s perfectly situated and well appointed with everything you could need. Maly is very knowledgeable about the area and will help you arrange anything from dinner to car rental.

Fabulous Vacation

Villa Kea was exactly like the description and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach each day and even for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the center of Orient Beach. The pool was a cool relief after a hot day on the beach. Maly gave us many restaurant and shopping recommendations. She was available and very responsive when we had any questions. We canā€™t wait to book our vacation next year to St. Martin.

A Triumphant Return

We had , prior to Hurricane Irma, been going to St. Martin several times a year for nearly 20 years.Going back, and staying at Villa Kea, was a very heart-warming experience. We've stayed in many Villas but Villa Kea had-for the very first time ever- the absolutely best, sharpest kitchen knives we have seen in a rental. Bravo!Maly is also very sharp and was a delight to deal with!!

Villa Kea

What an amazing stay we had at Villa Kea! The villa itself had everything to make our time relaxing and comfortable. It is well-maintained and tastefully decorated, containing all the necessary amenities. The property manager was easily accessible, always with great advice and prompt responses to our inquiries. Loved the convenience of our own pool and the proximity to the beautiful Orient Beach area was exceptional, all while allowing for privacy and quiet. We would not hesitate to return to this exact villa.

PERFECT stay at Villa Kea

Our family of five stayed here for a week in December and it was just perfect. The house is spotlessly clean and airy, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen nice - the brand new grill was a bonus - and the two bathrooms modern. The plunge pool is just lovely after time at the beach. We loved relaxing in the afternoon in the living room with the fan on and the doors open. It is a two minute walk to Orient Bay beach and a five minute walk to the restaurants and shops at Orient Bay. Maly, our host, was attentive and very responsive, even finding us someone to help when our car had a flat tire. We had the most relaxing time staying here and would absolutely come back again.

Fabulous Stay at Villa KĆ©a

This villa is very well located and is exactly as shown in the photos. It is clean and well stocked for kitchen and dining needs. All the linens were supplied and in great condition. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning if you need it. Maly was a great communicator and helped us by quickly answering all of our questions. We walked along the beach to dinner most nights but (with a car) there is a Super U nearby for all your grocery needs. We would definitely go back to Villa KĆ©a thanks to Maly!

Perfect Stay

We had the best time in Orient Beach and this villa made it perfect! It is a beautiful place and the four of us had plenty of space. The pool was incredible for times you just wanted to relax. Everything we needed was in the villa and we appreciated the beers that were in the fridge upon our arrival. Maly was quick to respond to any questions I had and we appreciated her showing us around when we arrived. Steps to the beach and the village-you really donā€™t need a car unless you want to explore(which we did). But if not, there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market right around the corner. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Villa

We had a wonderful weeks vacation at Villa Kea. The owner and Property Manager were very responsive and professional. Location and the Villa was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and many good restaurants nearby. Maly was extremely helpful, responsive and provided a lot of great restaurant suggestions. We rented a car and toured the Island. Boat trip with Scooby too from Ansel Marcel was wonderful. Well worth a whole day. All in All a five star rating for this property and no hesitation in recommending Villa Kea, Maly and Jean Claude.

Great Villa Kea

We enjoyed our stay at Villa KEA very much. From the original booking to checking out, the property manager Maly, was available to answer all questions, make recommendations and supply information about the house and the area which was greatly appreciated. We LOVED the short walk to the beautiful Orient beach. We thought we would explore other beaches but we fell in love with the gorgeous beach and water that we never left. The service at KKO beach bar and restaurant was exceptional. The guys had our chairs/umbrellas waiting for us each day and drink service was available all day. The quick walk to Orient Village for dinner was a great way to finish off each day. Villa Kea met all our expectations. It was clean and supplied everything we needed for a fun, restful vacation. We highly recommend this Villa.
