Thank you for your feedback. Based on our communication during your stay, including your kind message at departure saying you had a great stay, I was genuinely sorry to learn that some aspects of the property did not fully meet your expectations. We always strive to provide a wonderful guest experience, and we appreciate hearing when there are areas that could be improved. As mentioned prior to your arrival, we have recently been making exterior improvements to the home. Unfortunately, some contractor materials were inadvertently left behind, and I sincerely apologize for that oversight. I will be addressing this with the contractor to help ensure it does not happen again in the future. Regarding the additional unit on the property, this has not typically been a concern for past guests, but we do appreciate your perspective and will certainly take your comments into consideration. We truly value guest feedback, as it helps us continue improving and providing the best experience possible for future visitors.
