I'm sorry to hear this wasn't the experience you expected — it wasn't the experience we hoped for either. I personally inspected the apartment both before and after this stay and found no mold or unusual odor. Regarding guests and bedding: our reservations are set up based on the number of guests booked, so when the actual number of guests differs from the reservation, the unit isn't prepared or provisioned accordingly — this was communicated at the time. That said, extra sheets were provided as soon as they were requested. I also offered multiple times to send someone to inspect and resolve whatever the issue was during the stay, but that offer was never accepted, which made it difficult to verify or address anything in person. I take guest concerns seriously and stand by how this was handled. I wish you well.
