Villa Sandryon is an airconditioned Villa with 7bedrooms and bathrooms, a main lounge has a 75' flat screen TV, a kitchen with all the latest equipment, inclduing a large gas cooker and american style fridge with ice makers and distilled water.
The villa boasts a heated swimming pool with electric cover, along with a 6 person jacuzzie, sauna and gym.
With a stunning roof terrace with amazing views of Cap d'Antibes, and a covered lounge space with bar area and bbq this is a beautiful escape.
Villa Sandryon is presented to the highest standards, decorated and furnished in a contemporary style throughout. The grounds include beautiful walking garden and a heated swimming pool for all ages as well as a Nikki Beach style relaxation area.
The Villa can sleep 12 people comfortably in its 6 bedrooms and is fully air conditioned. Three of the bedrooms have balconies and each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom or shower room as well as smart TVs in each bedroom.
The roof terrace has stunning views of the Cap d'Antibes and includes a bar area equipped with a fridge and sink. The suntrap bathing area and dining table are partnered with a seating area with shaded roof. The area has atmospheric lighting to create a beautiful ambience for evening meals. A gas BBQ is provided and this is easily movable to where is most convenient for you and your guests.
Also included is a hot tub boasting 180 degree views of the coastline and Cap d'Antibes and a infrared sauna which can seat up to 5 people.
Cooking in the Villa is a breeze with a large kitchen area which includes a 6 ring gas range cooker with triple oven. A large american style fridge/freezer and is accompanied by a wine fridge and there is also a small drinks fridge on the roof terrace. The living areas open onto the pool providing open living and a 75 inch tv is provided in the living room.
Parking is provided for one car with magnetic gates and coded entrance with cctv, providing security and peace of mind.

The Villa is Located on the Côte d'Azur in the extreme south of the Cap d'Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, 5 minutes away from Antibes, The resort offers fantastic beaches and a good nightlife with excellent restaurants.The house is situated between Nice and Cannes, 20 minute’s drive from Nice Airport and only 15 minutes from Cannes.
