Overlooking the historic town of Antibes, Villa Acquamarine is a sophisticated contemporary retreat with beautiful gardens, elegant interiors and exceptional panoramic views from the rooftop terrace. From this elevated setting, guests can take in sweeping views extending across the French Riviera, from the Garoupe Lighthouse and the Alps to the Mediterranean Sea, the Bay of Angels and the old town of Antibes.

Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa offers a peaceful and private setting, while its location allows guests to enjoy the best of Cap d’Antibes on foot. Sandy beaches, the Provençal market, local shops, restaurants and everyday amenities are all within easy walking distance, making the villa particularly convenient for families.
Arranged over three levels, the property is designed for relaxed indoor and outdoor living, with a large heated swimming pool, a spacious decked terrace and comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The interiors combine clean contemporary architecture with a warm and refined atmosphere. Natural wood and stone are complemented by carefully selected artwork, rich carpets and elegant, comfortable furnishings. Basic kitchen essentials are provided to help you settle in comfortably at the beginning of your stay. Pre-stocking of the refrigerator with groceries and other requested items can also be arranged prior to your arrival at an additional cost.

LOCATION
The villa is ideally located for exploring the French Riviera. Cannes – 13 km | Nice – 25 km | Monaco – 47 km | Saint-Tropez – 87 km.

Antibes is just a short walk or drive away, with its historic old town, museums, restaurants and Provençal market. The famous sandy beaches of Garoupe are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa, while the iconic Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc is also within easy reach. The renowned sandy beaches of Juan-les-Pins are within easy walking distance, offering a convenient choice for families with children.
As you approach the main entrance, you'll be greeted by a majestic stone fountain facing a glass wall that bathes the villa in natural light. The entrance leads to a guest toilet, a TV lounge, and an office, all opening to the lush garden and pool. The spacious master bedroom overlooks the pool and garden and features a marble bathroom with a multi-jet shower, a bathtub, double sinks, and a 9 m² designer dressing room.

A guest room also overlooks the pool and garden, complete with a shower room and dressing area. Upstairs, you'll find a splendid room with panoramic views of the lighthouse, protected greenery, and glimpses of the sea and Alps. This space boasts a 3 m ceiling height, a large minimalist bay window that opens fully, and extends to a 70 m² wooden terrace.

The open-plan lounge and dining area can accommodate 8-10 people, complemented by a fully equipped Gaggenau kitchen. A terrace with a round table for 10-12 offers stunning views of the lighthouse, sea, and Alps. A second spacious master bedroom features a high ceiling, large dressing room, and a marble shower room with double sinks.

A children's bedroom includes a dressing area and a marble shower room. Access to the roof terrace is via a stunning staircase of glass, wrought iron, and wood. The 100 m² roof terrace is fully furnished with designer furniture, including a large corner sofa, additional lounge seating, sunbeds, and a stylish bar with a fridge and sink.

On Level -1, you'll find a wine cellar, and a spacious fifth bedroom with a skylight, high ceilings, dressing room, separate toilet, and a bathroom with thalassotherapy baths. The beautifully designed all-glass sauna accommodates four people and includes a stone shower and relaxation beds. A fully equipped laundry area is also available.

The villa is fully automated, featuring an alarm system, CCTV, and customizable lighting. High-end multi-room sound systems are integrated throughout, including in the living rooms, home theater, sauna, master bedroom, roof terrace, and garden. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and parking for four cars.

The villa is available for a long-term lease.

If you would like the pool heating, an additional fee of €300 applies.

We arrange an approximate arrival time with each guest in advance and personally welcome you at the villa. Upon arrival, we will show you around the property, explain how everything works and answer any questions you may have.
For late arrivals or guests who prefer to settle in first, a detailed house manual is provided with all essential information and instructions. We are also happy to return on another day during your stay should you wish to go through any aspect of the villa in person.
Guests are provided with all the necessary keys, alarm and Wi-Fi access codes, as well as remote controls for the entrance gates.
The villa offers private on-site parking for several cars.
The entire 1,800 m² grounds are exclusively private to the villa, fully enclosed by mature hedges, trees and fencing. No third parties have access to the property, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.
The heated swimming pool is entirely private and exclusively for guests’ use, and may be enjoyed both day and night. Pool heating can be arranged in advance upon request.
Guests also have exclusive access to the private rooftop terrace, offering exceptional panoramic views across the French Riviera.
