We designed the cabin for easy relaxation—from the rocking chairs on the deck to the fire pit ready for evening chats. The kitchen is fully equipped and the grill is ready to go. You'll love the comfy king bed and the chance to spot owls from the 2nd bedroom! An easy 1-1.5 hour drive from Dallas and minutes from Lake Texoma, Highport Marina, and the Tanglewood Golf Course & Resort, it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge.

About the Cabin

Welcome to your woodland escape! Our iconic A-Frame cabin is a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, designed with your relaxation in mind.

The main floor is bright and inviting, with large windows that bring the outdoors in. The living area is perfect for unwinding, featuring a plush, deep sofa, a comfortable reading chair, a collection of board games, and a TV for cozy nights. A dining table provides a great spot for shared meals.

The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and all the cookware you need. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso machine, and the separate wine and beverage fridge keeps your drinks perfectly chilled.

The downstairs bathroom features a luxurious rain showerhead for a spa-like experience.

Ascend to the second floor to find two cozy bedrooms:

The Main Bedroom is a treetop sanctuary featuring a plush king-sized bed, a large window overlooking the woods, a dresser, and a cozy chair for quiet moments.

The Second Bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds, two dressers, a fun beanbag chair to snuggle up on, and a unique view of our owl box. Keep your eyes peeled—you might catch a glimpse of the owls!

Step outside to discover your private outdoor living space. Go for a walk in the woods, or sip your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the deck. For dinner, fire up the Webber Grill and dine on the deck overlooking the fire pit and yard.

As evening falls, the property is beautifully illuminated with custom landscape lighting, creating a magical ambiance.

Gather around the dedicated fire pit in the comfortable Adirondack chairs to share stories and roast marshmallows.

And don't worry about getting a little messy on your adventures—a full washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Guest access

The entire property is yours! Follow the stream to the rear of the property where you’ll find the locals riding along an ATV trail, that’s the end of our property.

What We Provide

We want your getaway to be as effortless as possible, so we've stocked the cabin with all the essentials. You'll find fresh linens for all the beds, plush pillows, and plenty of bath towels.

The kitchen is ready to go with a selection of coffee and tea. For your outdoor enjoyment, we provide a full set of grill tools for the Weber and fire starters to help get your campfire going.

All you need to bring is some firewood and marshmallows to enjoy an evening by the fire pit!

Accessibility

While all guests are welcome, there are large stone stairs from the driveway to the front door as well as a steep staircase up to the second floor. This makes the property not suitable for wheelchair access or for those with difficulty going up and down stairs.

Your Safety and Security

To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, there's a single Ring security camera mounted to the tree on the deck, with its view limited to the entry and driveway only.
