The Neighborhood:

Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.



Getting Around:

Getting around Horseshoe Bay and the surrounding Texas Hill Country is easiest by car. Parking is available free of charge on the premises. Guests also have access to a boat slip for water-based transportation. While public transportation is limited in this area, driving is the most convenient way to explore. The property is located at 624 Pecan Creek Dr, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657, USA.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

Dogs (2 max) are allowed at this property. Non-Refundable The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. A signed rental agreement with dog information is required.. Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 year not permitted.

- Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the lake

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions

- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed.
