I cannot say enough good things about this property - from the extreme cleanliness to the great water access and perfect views, it checked every box for us. The only problem we had was we could not stay longer - but will definitely be back for an extended stay. Definitely a 10/10 in every category! JMc

Wonderful property at a great location on Smith Lake. Convenient to marinas, excellent amenities and beautiful lake views. The home is new, immaculately clean and super comfortable. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family. Highly recommend! I wish we could have stayed longer. We did a weekend trip just before school started back. My kids had a blast and already want to go back.

The kitchen was setup great for cooking with plenty of space to sit down and eat. Definitely recommend staying here

Great property

This was a great lake house for our family and another family. The dock was very big and very nice kids had a great time. The house was very clean and the kitchen decently stocked. Plenty of places to enjoy the view. Would stay again there!

It was a great anniversary getaway ❤️ your home is beautiful.

No Deadlines is an amazing stay at a perfect location on the lake

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay here and this one was even better than the first with the addition of new floats and two paddle boards for use. The whole family came this time and there was plenty of space for everyone. House was very clean and supplied well. Only suggestions would be screens on windows so you can enjoy outside temps with no bugs and a window shade for the upstairs bathroom for privacy.

No Deadlines lived up to the name

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at No Deadlines. The house was spotless, beautifully remodeled, and sat in a quiet little cove with easy water access right off the dock. The layout worked great for our family with teens: the walkout basement was set up for our teenage boys, the two upstairs bedrooms were for the adults, and the upstairs deck with the dining table became our favorite spot for meals with the lake view.A nice bonus that wasn't mentioned in the listing: two paddleboards and a double kayak were on the property and ready to use. One thing to note for future renters: no life jackets were provided, so plan to bring your own. The charcoal grill worked great for grilling out as a family. Don't forget to bring a lighter or matches.Management was easy to work with. I texted a couple of times during the stay and they were quick to respond.We'd happily come back. Thanks for sharing the property with us.

This property is beautiful! It was perfect for our girls weekend. So many of us kept saying that we wanted to just move in because it is just a beautiful home. The stairs to the water are fairly steep, but doable and worth it in our opinion. We loved being in a quieter section of the lake, more relaxing and calm water. This home is close to a convenient store and Trident Marina, for quick options for food and entertainment. We went to Trident for dinner and had the best time with live music, and it was only 12 minutes away. I will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful place to relax and have girl time.
