To ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests, there are strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

***The room is located on the 2nd floor of a building. There is no elevator.

***Due to the property being located near Princess Julianna International Airport, the guests may experience inbound and outbound flight noise during the day. The host is not to be deemed liable nor will be providing any compensation for such inconveniences for noise disruption.

***The host will not be deemed liable for any power/electricity outages at the premises during the guests stay.

***Tampering with security cameras on premises will result in a $500USD fine to the guest.

*** There are security cameras in the parking areas of the complex as well as a camera located in the stairwell leading to the hotel.
