Designed to be spacious, clean, and calm, this is the perfect stay for those that enjoy a comfortable stay. Designed for longer stays or a business traveler, this flat has been meticulously designed with all the modern amenities to make you feel after a long day of travel, work or even shopping around the neighborhood, you will appreciate the quiet and tranquility of this apartment, without being far from the action.

The home comes with a nice comfortable bed with ample closet space, a living room with 50ā€ LED TV, Apple box TV and new "BOSE" home movie/theater system, a bright work space (w/ super fast speed WIFI) area that can instantly turn into a 2nd bedroom if needed. The kitchen is state of the art with all new appliances, full sized stainless steel refrigerator, pots, pans, cutlery, designer knives, the hooded range for cooking, and dish dryer. Off to the side, there is a full sized washing machine for those that need to do some light laundry.

The bathroom is modern and clean with shower amenities such as towels, shower gel, shampoo & hairdryer.

The area can NOT be beaten! Located in the East District, the heart of Taipei, you are literally footsteps to some of the best restaurants, boutiques, shopping, cafes, and charm that Taipei has to offer. Easily accessible to the main road for taxi, or a 3-5 minute walk to Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT station, you literally have access to all of Taipei very easily.

Love the home away from home

**Vrbo Review:** I stayed at this lovely apartment from December 20, 2024, through January 5, 2025, for two weeks with my mom, and we couldnā€™t have been happier with our choice. The location is incredibly convenient, situated in a safe and vibrant neighborhood with everything you could need just steps away. Itā€™s close to the MRT, making it easy to explore Taipei, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The apartment itself is thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable. The spacious kitchen was a big plus, allowing us to prepare meals during our stay. The property also included modern conveniences like a washing machine, microwave, hot water kettle, and reliable Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. Communication with the property owner was excellent. He was prompt, polite, and always ready to answer any questions I had, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. His attentiveness truly added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Taipei, Taiwan! Whether youā€™re traveling for business, with family, or simply exploring the city, this apartment offers a perfect home base with all the comforts you could ask for. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

I booked this place for three weeks but had to leave after two nights due to the smell of cigarettes. It was advertised to have a hot tub but did not have one. The host did not respond for 20-30m after I arrived at the agreed upon time, leaving me worried that it was a scam. Eventually he responded and unlocked the gate remotely. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes. The cleaner brought in an air re-freshener which helped, but the smell came back. Cigarette fumes were entering the unit while someone was actually smoking. I think it came through the bathroom vent. Sometimes it traveled beyond the bathroom. I chose to leave after I smelled it at night and couldnā€™t sleep. I didn't want to inhale smoke for the rest of my trip or have the smell affix to my belongings. When I told the host about the cigarette smoke, he became defensive and suggested that my standards were too high. He refused to consider even a partial refund. I don't think I have high standards, but I expect the place to match what I'm paying for it. Mark's place is not cheap. For the price, and the way it's advertised, you expect it to be step above your usual danky old Taipei apartment. It's not. If it wasn't for the cigarette issues and difficulty with the host I would have given the place 3 stars. There were other issues which contributed to a poor experience but Iā€™m at the character limit for the review. The good: location, hostā€™s instruction booklet, surface-level clean, washing machine is convenient.

Excellent location, flat & host

The location of the space is in my favorite area to stay when making my annual visit to Taipei- Zhongxiao Dunhua area. Great food, shopping and youthful energy. The check in process is very smooth and easy, our host is very quick with communication both before getting to Taipei and while in town. All the amenities are top-notch (laundry, AC, cooking facilities). I would highly recommend.
