Welcome to Kagon Kabin - a brand new, modern cabin with serene nature & Namekagon river frontage & access. Located just minutes from downtown Hayward, easy access to ATV, hiking, biking & skiing trails. Very private and secluded, yet only minutes from all that Hayward has to offer! Enjoy Kagon Kabin with friends, family, pets, or for a solo getaway.

Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bath retreat with an amazing screen porch to relax with nature, cozy fireplace, reading nook, work desk, many outdoor amenities, fully stocked kitchen, and wonderful gathering area.

All linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided. Laundry can be requested for longer stays (4 nights or more or if able to accommodate). Enjoy the frequent wildlife sitings, beautiful woodsy views from the expansive windows.

The low-smoke fire pit on the outdoor patio and fire table on the screen porch are perfect to cozy up to on cool nights. The indoor fireplace is ideal for winter days and nights as you watch the snowfall from the main living area.

A $500 damage deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit will be securely held on your credit card by a trusted third-party payment processor and will not be charged upfront. The hold will remain in place until 5 days after checkout, at which point it will be released, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules.
Please note: Any damages, missing items, or rule violations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

Please note that we have a Ring camera installed on the outside, main entrance of the home. This doorbell has video live feed and recording. There are not any video/audio recording devices inside the home.
-No bikes or skis allowed inside the home
-Check-in after 4:00pm
-Checkout before 11:00am
-Must be 25 years old to book
-6 adults maximum + 2 kids
-Quiet hours 10:00pm - 7:00am
-Do not move furniture
-No parties or events
-No additional guests that are not registered on your booking allowed
-The security camera will catch any guests or pets that are not registered in your reservation
-No tampering with or covering the security camera
-No smoking on premise
-No pets without paying pet fee/approval
-No fireworks
-Never leave fires unattended
-Turn off propane to grill and fire table when done using
-Do not put food down the sink; we do NOT have a garbage disposal
-Do not flush anything besides toilet paper
-Be bear aware! Do not leave food or trash outside
FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
-Pets must remain on leash/tie out at all times when outside
-Pet are not allowed on ANY furniture in the home (couches, beds, chairs, porch furniture, etc.)
-Pets must be in a crate/kennel if left alone at the home
-Guests are responsible for following all local pet laws
-Pick up after your pet and dispose in the dumpster at the end of the driveway
