Beautiful, highly upgraded 705 sq. ft. condo. Completely remodeled. Includes open kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. It has wonderful stone floors though out and has been professionally decorated with a tropical theme and accents. The master bedroom offers a new luxurious King bed, flat screen TV, 2 large closets, a side patio and BBQ. The bathroom has a granite counter top, new shower/tub with all new fixtures. You can relax in the living room with a new 42' flat screen HD TV, high-speed wireless internet and plush, comfy furnishings. The dining area has a custom wooden nook that seats 5. There is also a lovely community pool with an ocean view jacuzzi within this property located in Niguel Beach Terrace which has 2 miles of white sandy beach in the front, the Ritz Carlton, to the right and multi-million dollar homes to the left. Come and enjoy paradise at a great value! Lastly if you like the design and location of this condo but find it is booked over your desired vacation dates, please check out our other condo VRBO # 505684 which also in the Niguel Beach Terrace complex, is the same floor plan and has been completly remodeled :-)

Beach Condi

I’ve stayed in this couple a handful of times. It’s the perfect easy escape and home base for a SoCal adventure. The location can’t be beat. The condo itself is clean, nicely furnished and nicely stocked kitchen. Umbrellas and beach chairs are provided. I hope to return next year

Great location

Overall, we had a positive experience. The owner was very quick to refill the gas grill propane tank when we found it empty. She also had the clothes dryer replaced with a brand new one within one day when the old one didn't heat. Excellent customer service! The property was clean and very functional. The parking space is convenient. A couple of suggestions to improve this property: Replace the mattress as the current one seems very old and worn. New pillows to replace the old, flat ones on the bed would also be a good improvement. The living room couch is also old and has no "cushion" left. We used the pillows from the "daybed" to make the couch more usable. I would add some little things to the condo such as a potholder (only one available), dishcloths (none available), more hangers, chip clips, clock in bedroom, etc. We will likely try to book this property again during our next visit to SoCal.

Perfect in every way!

We were so sad to leave even after 44 days Location was perfect. AT&T WiFi was sketchy. We can’t wait to return!

Not Great

We had cockroaches in the bathroom and mice in the kitchen. Killed 2 mice while we were there. Saw 1 mouse crawling into the silverware drawer and then between the oven and cabinets. After that we bought plastic bins to put all our food in and did not use any appliances or kitchen ware. Contacted owner who offered bug spray and traps. Just went out and bought them ourselves after we discovered a mouse eating our bread on the kitchen counter. One other note, the furniture is soooooo uncomfortable, spent most of our time with relatives in nearby cities to avoid staying in the condo.

Great beach getaway

Nice location near Strands Beach across street. There are over 150 steps down to beach. A Funicular tram car is sometimes available, but don't count on it! The condo is very clean. The sofa is not very comfortable, would be nice if there was a reclining sofa. The king bed is not very comfortable and needs some work as it is falling off support frame. Responsive owner who replaced coffee maker the next day. Ceiling fans were very welcomed for keeping air circulation. Close by to all restaurants, grocery and stores. Buzz Bus provides free rides to many locations. All in all, a nice month long stay.

Great location

This was our first time to this area and we loved the location of the condo. The owner was very responsive when we first checked in and we had trouble connecting with the internet and TV. The downside of the location was that the patio overlooked the parking lot and there was always a lot of flies. The location of the unit was quiet. Unit was comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer for our month long stay.

Great value with super location!

Cynthia's place has everything you need for a long stay, well equipped kitchen, great Barbecue, lot's of closet space, comfortable King Bed, the location offers lot's of walking to Beach trails and nearby Restaurants. The condo is truly cozy and we enjoyed the neighborhood. Cynthia was a wonderful host and made sure we we're happy renters. Thank you!

Excellent location and impeccable apartment

This is an excellent property for a family vacation. The neighborhood is quite and safe. The proximity to the beach is as advertised. The photos do not do the place justice, it’s a hidden gem. The property manager was always available and responsive to any request. I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a hassle free vacation.

The location could not be better.

Loved everything about the location as well as the house. The living room has a sofa bed plus a futon and I could have a guest without opening up the couch. Love having the laundry out in the patio enclosure and able to close the patio door to eliminate noise. Cynthia told me about the outdoor yoga and the trails which I greatly appreciated.

Beautiful condo in resort-like setting!!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and really well-stocked. It has an open floor plan that makes it seem far more spacious than most one bedrooms. The location and proximity to ocean views can’t be beat, and Cynthia was a pleasure to work with. Overall I could not have been happier with my experience here.. I only wish I had booked it out longer than my initial reservation!

Love this condo!

I've stayed in this condo before and also another one this same owner has. They're perfect for me. Very clean and has everything you need. Love this location right next to Strands Beach. Fantastic value and I will be back. The owner is super nice also!

Great location!

This property is in the perfect location for travellers visiting Southern California due to it's central location to not only Orange County and Los Angeles attractions, but San Diego as well. Not to mention the great beaches within walking distance. The property was immaculate and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect. We hope to stay there the next time we visit Southern California.

Nice condo and great location!

We had a wonderful month's stay in Dana Point. This updated condo is very spacious with an open floorplan. Everything was clean, and there was no clutter. There are two large closets, so plenty of room for all our clothes. Having a full sized washer and dryer was very convenient. We had a few questions which Cynthia answered promptly. FYI, there are two sliding glass doors leading to a small patio and the laundry area, one is in the living room and one in the bedroom. There were no screens on these doors, nor on the front door. We left the the doors open during the day for air circulation, but at night we had to close the drapes in order to keep flying bugs out. This made the condo a little warm. Our only suggestion is to add screens to the doors. Otherwise everything was excellent. We can't say enough about the location, it is perfect. Halfway between LA and San Diego, and right across the street and down steps to the beach. We walked the beach almost every day, and enjoyed the beautiful clean sand and the crashing waves.

Beautiful location, lovely condo

The location of the charming and historic little city of Dana Point between Los Angeles and San Diego is ideal for so many activities, and this particular condo is in a perfect location. The complex is very quiet, not far from downtown Dana Point and the harbor, and has access to lovely beaches and the beautiful community around the Ritz Carlton. The unit is very close to a small bluff-top park with a lushly landscaped path from which you can see the ocean below. There are several stairways down to a walkway along the water's edge. They require a bit of exercise, but for those with less mobility the walkway along the bluff is beautiful and a perfect spot to watch the sunsets. Nearby is a natural preserve, and the stairs and other paths can be arranged to plan wonderful hikes, all with astounding views. The condo itself is tastefully and comfortably furnished and was very clean. It is equipped with good quality and thoughtfully planned amenities throughout. When a couple of minor questions arose, the owner, Cynthia, could not have been more helpful or quick to respond. This was a perfect spot for my husband and me to settle while we enjoyed a month's stay close to our son and his family. We hated to leave!

Fantastic condo near the beach.

The condo was recently renovated and is very neat and clean. It offers all the supplies you need and is very close to the beach. The owner is very friendly and answers all your questions very quickly. I highly recommend this condo in wonderful Dana Point. You will not be disappointed! I definately did not want to leave.

Great Condo, Excellent Location

Earlier this year I spent two months living here and I had a great time. The condo is very nice, very tastefully decorated and it has all the ammenities and appliances that you need to live here. The complex is right across from Monarch Beach which is one of the nicest beaches in Southern California (if you don't mind the stairs - I didn't, it was a great exercise). Dana Point is a great town and you are halfway between L.A. and San Diego. Overall I had a great time and can recommend this condo. I will return sometime in the future.

Great location

We loved our 1 month stay in Dana Point. The location is great: very close to the ocean, walking distance to good restaurants and a close drive to San Diego. We had a great time exploring the area. There is a daybed in the living room perfect for a visiting grandchild. Cynthia is a great hostess - very quick to help if needed.

Fantastic Dana Point Condo near Monarch Beach

Outstanding 1BR condo very close to Monarch Beach Resort and Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point, CA. We wanted to find nice accommodations somewhere in between our son living in San Diego, and our daughter at UCLA, so we could spend Thanksgiving together. This location was perfect! Close to the beach, easy drive or walk to the beautiful Dana Point Harbor, and great restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend RJ's for breakfast and Jimmy's Famous American Tavern and Salt Creek Grille for Dinner and Cocktails. The Condo was nicely updated, quite cozy and very clean. Great kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. We were also grateful the owners allowed us to bring our collie with us, and he had a great stay as well! Lots of great places nearby to walk your dog! I'd like to thank the owners for allowing us to borrow their condo for a week! Really exceeded my already high expectations! If they'll have us, we WILL be back! :)

Excelent Holiday Condo

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 16 Days at this Condo. The owner is extremely helpful and the Condo itself is very clean, comfortable and has recently been remodeled. We love its location and have stayed at a number of Condos at Niguel Beach Terraces over the past so know the area very well and enjoys ALL that it has to offer. Only steps away from the beautiful Ocean and within easy reach of nice places to go for food, drink, shopping etc. etc. I will highly recommend this Condo! Kouroush & Sue

Just perfect!

We had a wonderful 6 week stay in this lovely, clean, newly remodeled condo. The location could not have been better - so convenient to beaches, marina/harbor, Trader Joe's (!), so much more. Cynthia, you were the best of the best in creating a wonderful environment for us to just relax and enjoy all that Dana Point and area has to offer -thank you so much.

Great Condo

Had a fantastic time with the family. Comfortable beds and newly remodeled condo was fresh and clean. Location is close to beach, short drive to a shopping center with a starbucks, cvs and gelsons, and condo is downstairs which is nice not to climb steps to get to room. Kitchen is nice, most of all bathroom was great and I'm picky about bathrooms. All in all great time would stay again thank you!
