Perfect for families or remote workers seeking a spacious, comfortable base, the home includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a loft with 2 additional twin beds. Eight guests maximum.
Whether you're enjoying Tahoe's outdoor adventures or simply relaxing by the fire, this home offers everything you need for a memorable extended stay.

- Master Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed with private en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen bed
- Loft (Upstairs): 2 Twin beds + half bathroom
Bathrooms:
-2 Full bathrooms with showers and hair dryers
-1 Half bathroom in the loft
Layout:
Main level: Two queen bedrooms, full bathroom, open-concept living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings
Second level: Master suite and loft with additional sleeping area and half bath
Amenities
-Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave)
-Wi-Fi
-Ceiling fans and portable fans (no AC)
-Hair dryers
-Washer & dryer
-Garage parking for 1 car + driveway parking for 3 vehicles
-Note: No parking in the driveway during snowstorms (to allow for snow removal) or park at the side of the driveway
