Enjoy a cozy space with a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, spacious master and separated loft with 3 beds. Condo has its own dedicated garage parking. Fast, reliable 200 Mbps WiFi. Complex amenities include pool, 2 shared hot tubs, sauna, BBQs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. Note: Condo is two flights up from the garage (no elevator)

Our fully remodeled kitchen features high end quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The oversized center island with a gas stove makes cooking a breeze, whether you're preparing a hearty après ski meal or brewing your morning coffee before hitting the slopes or trails. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and more!
DINING AREA:
Enjoy your meals at the cozy round dining table that seats four, or perch at the kitchen island with three bar stools, perfect for casual dining, morning coffee, or getting some remote work done with mountain views.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
Sleep soundly on a luxurious king size memory foam mattress with a warm down comforter for chilly nights. The large bedroom includes its own 65” smart TV, ceiling fan, full closet, dresser, and private access to the shared full bathroom upstairs.
LOFT SPACE:
The spacious loft adjacent to the bedroom includes a full-size bunk bed and a queen bed. Ideal for kids, extra guests, or a second family. It also features a 40” smart TV, ceiling fan, and a full-size closet. The loft has a privacy door and overlooks the dining area below.
PARKING:
Enjoy the convenience of one dedicated covered garage parking space (80" Max Clearance), plus 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club offers one of the best amenity lineups near the slopes. Enjoy year-round and seasonal perks including:
* Two Shared Hot Tubs
* Sauna

Whether you're here for winter skiing or summer hiking, this condo is the perfect base for your mountain adventures. Great for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a cozy and convenient retreat.
Guest Access:
You’ll enjoy full access to the condo, including:
•Assigned garage parking space
•Additional outdoor parking (first-come basis)
•Shared complex amenities including heated pool (summer months only), hot tubs, sauna, BBQ areas, and sports courts (summer months only).
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Mammoth Ski & Racquest Club complex. Tucked up in the hills near Canyon lodge.
Getting Around:
Were about a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop that provides free public transit access to all of Mammoth Lakes.
Other Things to Note:
STAIR ACCESS ONLY: Please be aware that the condo is located two floors above the garage. Access requires walking up two flights of stairs. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible.
STEEP DRIVEWAY: The driveway to our complex is steep. Guests are highly encouraged to travel with tire chains or 4X4/AWD in the winter months (Nov - April)
HIGH-SPEED INTERNET: Stay connected with strong, reliable WiFi clocked at 200 Mbps, perfect for streaming, remote work, or online learning.
LAUNDRY: Paid washer and dryer facilities are available for your use within the building. Washer and Dryer require $1.00 in quarters per load.
