Fabulous House With Luxurious Outdoor Space: Patio, Outdoor Fireplace, Front & Back Porches! Steps from event venue 'Brockington Hall' as well as Forsyth Park & The Mansion. A beautifully renovated townhouse in Historic Downtown Savannah! This property has been completely updated with beautiful high end finishes for your comfort and enjoyment. The owners have skillfully preserved historic features throughout such as mantles and molding that are especially ornate and memorable.

Sleeping arrangement consist of two spacious King bedrooms each with TV and a back door leading to the side porch that is private for this rental.

The living room, dining and kitchen are one large open area. This is a great setup for socializing! The gorgeous high end outdoor space is the crowning jewel of this property. Enjoy a working outdoor fireplace during the 9 or so months out of the year when Savannah can surprise you with a cold evening.

There is one Full Bath which is spacious with high end finishes. There is also a spacious Half Bath. Both bathrooms are conveniently located off the hallway between bedrooms for all members of your party to use.

A popular wedding/event venue 'Brockington Hall' is 1.5 blocks from this home. The surrounding amenities include a major well stocked grocery store (1 block away), a luxury day spa (3 blocks away), tennis courts (at Forsyth), a gourmet health food store (at the South end of Forsyth) and many fabulous restaurants (700 Drayton, Leoci's Trattoria, Local 11Ten) within a few blocks of the home.

his is a lower level single story unit. There are some stairs to the main entrance but no interior staircase is present
Capacity is 4 adults but we sleep two extras under 18 on the pull out sofa in the living room.

We had a great stay and loved the porches and beds. The location is ideal for exploring historic Savannah. The hosts were not willing to accommodate a date change, which was difficult, as we had a change in our circumstances. Since this is the "off season" we thought that was inflexible and will probably not rent from this particular company again. They advertise themselves as a luxury rental but have shades that are dirty, old and discolored. These need an update and the windows need to be cleaned. The apartment, overall, was clean and welcoming.

The weather didn’t allow us to use the gorgeous outdoor space but my friend and I loved the location and neighborhood. The property manager was outstanding, answering every question in record time!!

Wonderfully clean and roomy home; two couples and we enjoyed the living / dining for socializing and the beds were super comfortable- hosts were on the ball and answered any questions promptly; very safe area and a wonderful coffee shop at end of the street ; also walking distance to a large Kroger one block over; expect a mile walk to the river action if you don’t have a car; Uber readily available; would stay again;

Parking was a challenge at times given the busy nature of the street and city workers trucks. TV in the living room is very small making it difficult for common area and kitchen was sparsely equipped. Courtyard was not well lit and a little dingy at night. Upstair neighbors can be loud and heavy footed depending on the group. Location is good very near grocery and neighborhood coffee shop and bakery. Convenient to historic district and downtown Savannah.

We loved being there with another couple. Having access to the kitchen and all the room was great. This was their first time in a short term rental. Front porch and being able towalk to grocery store was a plus. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Parking was no problem right out front. Definitely would stay again. MMoore

Beautiful and clean house! Due to an issue outside of the owner’s hands, we left after one night. The property manager was super accommodating and gave us a choice of three other places to stay. We moved over promptly and had a wonderful time!

The pictures and property name ("Porch Lovers Dream") are deceiving. The inside is dark & there was an odor. The front porch is not inviting. The property manager was defensive and argumentative when I provided feedback. There are better places to stay, IMO.

This Savannah apartment is lovely. It is comfortable, clean and spacious. The high ceilings reminded me of Paris apartments. The location is great. It is close to Forsythe Park for a morning walk. SCAD is also nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped and the supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely return in cooler weather to enjoy the porches.

This was an absolutely fantastic property, we were incredibly happy with our stay here! Our family vacation was to tour historic Savannah and to go to Tybee Island for beach days. This house is within walking distance for all things in downtown Historic Savannah. There’s even a Kroger within quick walking distance! We had our two children, ages 9 and 11, with us and they managed the walking just fine. The one time we drove and parked downtown we used the Park Savannah app to pay for parking. Tybee Island was about a 30 minute drive away. We used the Park Tybee app to pay for parking. The rental is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities and the whole unit was really clean! There’s a washer and dryer in the unit. Both beds slept well and there were plenty of pillow choices. There’s a welcome notebook in the living room with instructions and recommendations. I can’t say enough good things about this property, not the rental itself and its location! 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay here again if we travel back to Savannah!

Great Location!

Wonderful location within walking distance to Forsythe Park and Kroger, and a cafe less than 300 yards from the front porch. Clean and spacious too! My Mom and I had a great time!

Porch Paradise

The evenings on the front porch chatting with neighbors was the highlight of the stay. We spent the evening socializing and drinking wine with other vacationers along the street.

Fantastic Girls Getaway

We had an amazing time in Savannah! The home was clean, lots of little details that made it special, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, easy check in and safe! Management was prompt in answering a question I had. We had a beautiful time at the lovely house and highly recommend it!
