We had a lovely time. Sanibel is the best. My granddaughter loved the pool. Great condo accommodation that worked perfect for our family and the rooftop balcony was a plus.

Wonderful property! Loved the location, the view of the Gulf, the pool, the lanai and rooftop patio. Highly recommend. The only issue were the no-see-ums, but they are unavoidable in Sanibel.

Very nice place to stay. It was clean and cozy. We love Sanibel Island. The last we were there was 3 days before Ian hit. It was sad to see all the devastation still. It was good to be back. The no see ums were really really bad. This is a great condo to stay at. Owner was easy to contact and was fast at responding.

Great Place for family vacation

My husband, two daughters, son-in-law and I recently spent a week at this property in Sanibel and couldn't have had a better experience. The condo itself was nicely updated and had wonderful amenities, and the beach was lovely. Gina was attentive to all of our needs during the stay, as was the on-site staff. We would gladly return here and have recommended it to numerous friends. --The Culkin Family

Didn't get to stay in the condo, but owner is great!

We received notice 2 days before we were due to leave on vacation that there was an electrical issue in the building and all people would have to be out no later than Tues after Memorial Day. This was in the middle of our week long vacation. Gina contacted me right away and had a few possible alternate options lined up for us. Unfortunately, those fell through, as others were also scrambling to move from the building as well. Royal Shell was able to find us alternate accommodations for the week at another condo community. It was not what we had planned, but it was better than cancelling the whole vacation! We would have rather been at Pointe Santo, but things happen. I would consider renting from Gina in the future.

Beautiful Sanibel

The condo is very clean and welcoming. The entire complex was a great place to stay! The beach and shelling are the greatest. We were the last guests to stay in B44 before Ian hit Florida. Our hearts are broken seeing the chaos and destruction that struck Sanibel! I hope Pointe Santo and B44 survived.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and loved the views from the screened porch and from the roof top deck. The kitchen in the condo was large with everything necessary to cook and clean up. The master bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. The chairs in the dining room were heavy and difficult to move but were comfortable. The building elevator was small and old but serviceable. The designated parking space was located very near the elevator which was a plus when bringing our things into and out of the unit.

Good but bad beds

We enjoyed our stay except for the two twin beds were horrible and squeaky and noisy very difficult to sleep on them they need to be replaced. One more thing the shag area rugs need to go they are very dirty and creepy feeling.

Great Spot! Perfect actually.

Wonderful place to vacation in Sanibel. Condo was clean and plenty of room. Beach chairs, umbrella, and ice maker were most important items and all were in good working order. Would stay here again. Many thanks to the home owner.

Enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo! Loved the beautiful property and seeing all the birds, turtles, and iguanas! The unit was as described and the cleaning staff did an excellent job! Gina made reserving this unit extremely easy - wonderful, responsive communication!

Excellent Stay

Our stay was excellent once we gained access to the property. We didnā€™t received an access code until later than our 3:00 PM check-in time. Once we gained access to the property it was everything it was promised to be. We had a great time with no problems whatsoever. We would highly recommend this location and condo B44.

Amazing week at the beach!

Excellent condo - just as shown in the photos! Very clean. Bigger than most beachfront condos. Lots of space to spread out. Easy access to everything on the island. We rented bikes for the week and rode everywhere. Great pool and beach areas. Will definitely stay again!

Pointe Santo in Sanibel is awesome

Renting through VRBO was easy and property manager was nice. D44 has great views and rooftop was amazing! Donā€™t miss out on a beautiful spot to get away and relax in the sun and surf!
