Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, screened-in lanai and a private penthouse sundeck complete the unit. Pool, hot tub, fresh-water lagoon, tennis and pickle ball courts, white sandy beach for shelling and sunning add to the enjoyment.

This was a beautiful condo even better than the pictures. The rooftop access was great with stunning views. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The whole complex was very clean with beautiful landscaping. It was our first time in Sanibel. Shocked with all the shells! We will definitely be back!!

Comfortable pretty condo with all amenities. Great views!! Bugs still got us on relaxing screened in balcony. Good location to shops & restaurants, and great shelling on beach.

We loved the property and the location. However we found there to be alot of "party" stay there

After speaking to many guests, alot are heavy partyers. One group even dove unto the lagoon to try and wrestle the little alligator. As nice as our room was and the beautiful pool and hot tub, we probably won't stay there agian.

Amazing stay and family getaway

Sanibel delivered once again! But this time we chose Pointe Santo because of its teen-friendly atmosphere (first time down with our three daughters). I'll just say that I am a thrifty spender and my expectations were originally not high when I made the reservation. Finding a resort so affordable completely contrasted with the huge value this complex offers. Every morning we had quiet breakfast on the balcony, every day relaxing sun on the beach, every evening spectacular sunsets from the room's roof deck. And the kids all met friends onsite, never had to leave and we felt safe that they were right here with so much to do. Close to great restaurants, wildlife scenery, and tons of ice cream - We rode our bicycles everywhere! Will definitely stay Pointe Santo again, fantastic!

Beautiful condo, parking was a nightmare

Let me first start with the pros: The condo was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels. The screened lania was great, it overlooked the pool with a great view of the ocean. The pool was very nice. The grounds and the lagoon were pretty and yes there were alligators in the lagoon, or at least one that we saw on the bank. The beach was very nice, easy to walk and loaded with shells (but not very big ones). And the water was calm making it great for swimming. But beware there are sharks in the water. We saw one about 3 foot long only about 4-5 foot from shore. And my husband was about 100 foot from shore and caught one while fishing. Now for the cons: Although the condo was spacious, the closet in the master bedroom was so full of beach and pool gear it took up the whole space and there was no place to hang clothing and the other bedroom closet only had a small space to hang clothing. The worst part was the parking, it was a nightmare. Each unit has an assigned parking space. Our space, a little narrower than normal, had a garage behind it. I have a Dodge Ram Crew Cab and it was a nightmare trying to get in and out of the parking space. I had to basically shimmy my way in and out, backing up and pulling forward inching my way in and out. If the car on the right side of me happened to be gone it did make it a little easier. I would imagine if you have a small vehicle it would make parking easier. We really liked the condo and its location, but we would not go back to it again. And the only reason is the parking situation.

Back in Sanibel Island

Finally back in Florida from Switzerland after this long period of blockage due to Covid, we loved this condo! Spacious and comfortable in a wonderful setting with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo complex dates back to the 70s/80s but is very well maintained with easy access to major sites and restaurants. The lanai was a very nice place to eat and relax. The owner, Gina, was responsive and charming. We couldn't have picked a better location for this magical island. I highly recommend it.

Another amazing week on Sanibel!

We had a great week at Point de Santo 43B. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and all the beach supplies were an added bonus!

As advertised

December visit. Beyond perfect weather. Property manager checked in with us early in the visit. It was comforting to know that there was someone around for assistance should you require any. Layout perfectly fit the needs of our family of 4. Unit was very clean and well appointed for our needs (including beach chairs and umbrella). Common areas are well maintained. Grills and grill areas were very clean. Did not use the pool. Beach is immediately accessible and the best amenity anyway. First time to Sanibel and it took some getting used to. Gave location only 4 stars instead of 5 because I was caught in traffic more than once (In fairness, probably my fault and not not location because of time of day and direction of drives). Good mix of young and old on property. Lots of school aged children on property as well. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Didn’t want the week to end

Everything about this property is exactly as listed and seen in the photos. We have rented lots of properties over the years and this one was the best stocked with everything you will need…and more. The views were amazing, which is the primary reason we chose this unit in the first place. If I had to find a negative, it would be with the property and not the unit. There is one elevator for each building and it’s about the size of a broom closet. The only times this was an issue was during check-in and check-out as everyone was coming and going at the same time. I don’t mind the stairs but my husband can’t do four flights. Did this take away from our fantastic week? Absolutely not!

Clean place, needs updated

This property was very clean. Layout of the condo itself was not the greatest, seemed to have lots of wasted space, such as a strange cabinet/counter/sink along the wall outside of the kitchen area. Same with the area with the Foosball table, just wasted space that makes the actual living area feel smaller than it could be. These, of course, are not the fault of the property manager. The condo is pretty outdated from a decor standpoint. The Pointe Santo location is fabulous, and this unit has a great view of the lagoon/pool area, as well as a decent view of the beach.

Absolutely Wonderful

This rental is beautiful, inside and out! The property is right on the ocean, steps from the beach. This unit is very nice inside, lots of room and has ocean views from many windows. We ate each meal on the screened in porch, watching the waves and birds - delightful! The roof-top deck was fun for getting great sun. The unit had everything we needed - was very spacious, clean, and the foose ball table was an unexpected bonus! The beach was just steps away. Shelling was fantastic. Great community amenities like heated swimming pool, shell washing station, tennis and more. Such a wonderful vacation spot!

Beautiful property, excellent vacation!

This property was amazing, as was Sanibel Island. This was our first experience in Sanibel and in renting a property for vacation. All of our expectations were exceeded. We did a lot of walking and bike riding (skipped the car rental). Of all the beautiful properties we saw, we were most pleased with this one! The location to needed stores and restaurants was perfect. The property was beautiful. The access to the beach was right out our door. The pool and hot tub were much enjoyed. The condo was very comfortable and had every amenity we could have needed. This condo had the most amazing view of the beach, the sunsets and the beautiful property. Sanibel Island did not disappoint! The beach was literally full of seashells! We enjoyed many long walks on the beach. I would highly recommend this property and vacation location to anyone- it’s perfect for couples, families or groups of friends!

Two weeks in paradise

The location could not have been better. The proximity to beach, pool, parking and supermarket was excellent. The roof top deck added another great space to relax. The furnishings were comfortable but well used. This was our most spacious accommodations to date at Sanibel.

Pointe Santo is a wonderful, family friendly complex that is always well maintained.

This was our third year in E43. It is well maintained, well stocked, and the owner is fabulous to deal with. The carpets, dishwasher and master mattress are all new. The view is spectacular, and even if you don’t use the 4th floor sundeck, you will appreciate not having to listen to heavy-footed upstairs neighbors. Also, the wi-fi is reliable and there are plenty of channels on the Dish TV. We loved our stay in E43 and have already planned a return.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect and the inside was spotless. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and balcony. Beach/pool access was incredibly convenient and we didn't have any issues while we were there. We took our 4 and 7 year old girls and they loved their room, the little air hockey table, and all of the shells displayed around the house. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, we wrote down the mattress information to purchase for our own place!

Nice and clean!

Perfect location and a wonderful seaview. Close to the Gulf and pool. Easy to do the contract with Gina Athos, owner,, no problem at all and good intructions before arrive to the apt. This was our third time at Pointe Santo and we hope it will not be the last!.
