The property and location was great. The host was perfect to work with. The only downfall was the elevators, but that was the fault of the resort.

Room was super clean. Host was out of the Country, but was reachable via email. Beach was easy to view off of the balcony. Pool was nice. Elevator was super slow and people were walking around the property while intoxicated. The elevators were slow and often overcrowded. Safe area just did not like the fact that most were intoxicated on the beach and inside the establishment. Staff and security were courteous and helpful. Did witness an elderly woman fall due to using the stairs because of the elevator problem. Would have given 5 stars to everything except for the intoxicated people and the elevators.

Loved the condo, wish it was located at another resort

The condo was exactly how described, my two boys and wife loved it. It was a perfect fit for our family! The resort's elevators were awful, long wait times with max capacity on each trip. We've stayed at Tidewater several times and are going to book elsewhere next year due to inadequate ability to maintain their guests. Overall a great unit, poor resort experience.

Best value on PCB!

I was pleasantly surprised to realize how close the hotel was to Pier Park. I'd say about 1/3 of a mile walk, tops. The condo is spacious and CLEAN with more than enough room for 6 people. The view from the balcony was AMAZING. You can tell the owner takes good care of the condo and his guests. He provided an additional parking pass with no issue and provided us with a very detailed welcome document that included everything we needed to know and where to park. Not to mention he was very reasonably priced and our stay was for Labor Day weekend. I would DEFINITELY recommend this to anyone! Thanks, Len

Panama Beach 2021

Overall was okay. It was not that clean when we arrived. Sand still everywhere. No kitchen towels offered. You can't have a rent in front of the resort chairs, only to the east or west side of them (has never been an issue anywhere I have stayed). No working microwave. Other than the elevators taking forever (which will be anywhere) we hd a great time and enjoyed the place when we were in it.

Thank you for the feedback! I requested the owner of the cleaning company to inspect my unit for next few weeks and then educate the inspectors for thing to check before guest checks in. A new microwave is installed. I wish you could have told me on the first day of your check in about the cleaning issue and the microwave. I could have helped you earlier.

Spring Break

Everything and everyone we saw on Spring Break were very well behaved. Condo was nice but needed a hair dryer. Manager said they would add. Enjoyed our stay.

Motel 8

If you like the Motel 8 this condo is for you! The condo is filthy, outdated, and needs major improvement. When we arrived the condo had dried condiments on the kitchen counters, crumbs on countertops, sand on the floors, small frisbee under the TV stand, food in the freezer, extremely strong cheap cologne smell on the bottom twin comforter (couldn’t even use it), and to top it off the sheets were dirty on the master bed. The owner provides you with a contact phone number if the condo isn’t clean (I was hesitant when I saw that email) which I called as I’m cleaning the filthy condo, never apologized, nor was sympathetic. I think this is the standard for this condo.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience and thank you for the feedback. I wish, you could have contacted me about this issue immediately/ unfortunately, I was made aware of your experience through this public review. As per your e-mail after posting the review, you mentioned that you did not contact me thinking that I would not help you. It is my job to make sure that guests are comfortable and taken care of during their stay. I contacted cleaning company owner after your review posting. Here is what he said in quotes. “No, she didn't want anyone to come and fix anything. She wanted to do it herself. And, I did apologize and offered to make her happy. She said NO and that she just wanted to let us know. Cleaning crew promptly offered to come fix any problems that she had even well after-hours and she declined. She was asking a refund of at least $100.00" I encourage all future guests to contact me if they are not happy with the cleaning company’s response. Guests are not supposed to clean the unit by themselves as per the instructions in welcome package. I have asked cleaning company to send cleaning inspector to inspect the unit and give me feedback for future check-ins. Again, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience.

This is our third stay at Tidewater. Our host had great communication, reaching out to us several days before travel. The condo was spacious, comfortably sleeps six and has an ocean view.

Fantastic Property!

We loved this property! The unit is so clean and is so spacious. The view is perfect. The weather was terrible but the view made up for it!! You can sit in the living room and see nothing but ocean! The next time I come to PCB this is the place I’ll stay.

Location was excellent for cheering athletes . Recommend a vinyl sofa and loveseat for hygiene. There was mold on a shower curtain. Bonus was three private bedrooms and bathrooms . Layout was good for safety precautions.
