Beach Resort 507 - Great views of the Gulf.

1 Bedroom, 2 Bath, sleeps 7. Unit 507 has a King bed in the Master bedroom with private bath and flat screen TV. A set of Bunk beds, with trundle underneath are placed smartly out of the way in an alcove area with a mounted flat screen and access to a full bath.

The spacious living area has plenty of seating and the couch converts to a Sleeper sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at kitchen counter/bar. Washer and dryer available in unit.

Beach Resort offers great Gulf views, a zero entry community pool and hot tub. The Beach Resort complex is located only 5 minutes from either Silver Sands Outlet Mall or The Destin Commons Mall. Guests can enjoy the jogging path that runs the length of Scenic 98 and many nearby restaurants. Beach access is located just across from the Beach Retreat complex.

This was possibly the best condo weā€™ve stayed in at Beach Resort! Super clean and nice. The king bed was comfortable but just a little too high for my short self. The kitchen had everything but a baking sheet or a pizza cutter. I only noticed that because we eat pizza for lunch at least one day while there. Overall great condo!

Very nice.

Great place that I would recommend to anyone. Only frustration was driving across town just to get a parking pass. Would stay again.

Family getaway

Beautiful view from the condo, comfortable furnishings. Fairly well stocked kitchen. Only drawback- the walk from the condo down the street to the beach access.

Beautiful condo

The condo was great ! Nice big table to eat and play games at. We loved having the pool so close by as well as the ocean. Very clean and well kept with an ample supply of kitchen utensils and towels. Only cons was having to pick up parking pass from a location 15 min away that was just a paper that hangs in car , this could be left inside condo to make it easy Other con since the beach access is few blocks down it was shorter to cut through pool area but in order to get in or out of the pool you needed a key so it would have been easier to have a easier way to cut through to get to beach or get out of pool area without the one pool key. We loved being on 5th floor the view was amazing and the beach was beautiful , we will be back

Awesome time, but some minor annoyances

The property was very nice. It was clean and well taken care of. We stayed for 7 days. I loved the pool and a short walk to the beach. Condo was very nice! Loved the countertops. (1) Every piece furniture was incredibly uncomfortable. Iā€™m 28 years old and in good shape and by the end of the trip my back was killing me. The bed is hard as a rock. I was fixing the sheet and noticed the mattress was upside down. We were sleeping on the hard part of the mattress with a topper on it. Why? The couches were nice but uncomfortable as well. Same with the patio furniture. (2) the sheets were very scratchy. For the amount of money we spent, you would think that the sheets would have been nicer. It hurt laying on them with a sunburn. Think motel 6 sheets. (3) no access to parking garage or beach service was a bummer. Again, spending that much money, it would be nice to have some on site amenities included. The garage would have been nice loading and unloading our luggage with 3 kids. The beach service would have been very nice as well since hauling 3 kids to the beach with toys is a struggle in itself, adding chairs and an umbrella was just tough. Overall, I would stay back at this condo but I would bring extra sheets. We went with friends and looking at their condos, this one was definitely nicer than theirs. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Beach Resort 507

Beach resort property amazing ( the gentleman who maintains the grounds does an amazing job) Condo clean & spacious. The pool in the best on scenic highway. The only downfall was the slider to the balcony was very hard to open & shut . Otherwise our stay was fantastic.

Things to improve upon

Overall very good vacation. There are 2 things that need to be improved however. The handles to the sliding door to the balcony were broken and opening the slider was very difficult so we rarely used the balcony. It would've been great to be able to just sit out there and enjoy the scenery with a drink. Also having only 1 pool key was inconvenient. Going between the pool and beach had to be a coordinated event with only 1 key. We'd call whoever was at the pool to let them know we were on our way to watch for us so we could get into the pool area but they were often not by their phone. That would've been much better if we had a second key.

Beautiful Unit BUT the AC didn't work.

Impressive property however, the AC was sitting at 76 degrees upon arrive Thursday until I emailed the Office early on Friday morning. AC Tech arrived late Friday evening, repaired the until had AC from that moment on until check out 12 hrs later. Not Cool!

Birthday trip April/May 2021

This was our first trip to Destin. The whole booking experience was great and easy. The property was beautiful and our condo was exactly like the pictures, clean , nicely decorated and very roomy. The view was beautiful! The condo had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of dishes for lots of people! There was plenty of towels and extra bedding, pillows and the beds were super comfy!! Check in was perfect and easy. The only problem was we couldn't find the private beach access for the condo, which was slightly frustrating and we had to wait for someone to come in and out to get in and out. Lol The pool was awesome! Thank you for making my bday weekend great!

Best Pool and Great Beach Views

This property was amazing! The pool is better than any other in the entire area and the views from our 5th floor balcony were beyond beautiful. The kids met great friends and are already planning on when we can come back next year. We did have a slight confusion on how to access the beach, but we were able to get the code quickly and gain access! Overall it was a wonderful trip and we can't wait to come back next year!!!

Overall great stay. Very clean and well equipped with everything youā€™ll need.

The beach entrance is a decent walk from the property and the gate code for the beach was not provided. There are parking spots beneath the complex for each condo but we did not receive the key to access that parking either.

Awesome, clean and quiet condo. We stayed from 6/5/2020 - 6/12/2020

Great location, great access to the beach. The fishing trip that my husband and our 11 year old went on was amazing and they caught a bunch of red snapper. We loved the pool. Everything is very clean. Only thing I would recommend is putting an inside lock on the front door, because our 3 year old was able to open the door because there isn't a lock.

Great pool

Great family friendly resort. Amazing pool. Good location, short walk to beach. Clean & comfortable accommodations. Only drawback is if there are issues there is no onsite person to help. We had a few issues & had to call the mgmt company twice. The issues were still not resolved & mgmt acted as if our request was an inconvenience to them.

Great Condo & Pool! Beach access is a little far, but OK.

Our Condo was in great condition. It was of sufficient size for two small kids, my wife, and me. Ocean view was good for being on the opposite side of the road. Pool area is outstanding! Huge pool for the number of people using it. Nice hot tub. Plenty of charcoal grills. Plenty of chairs and tables. Only minor concern is that it is kind of a hike to the beach access. If you take a lot of stuff with you to the beach as we do, you will want a wagon or cart of some kind.

Clean, welcoming, relaxing.

Condo was very nice. It was nice to be able to fix meals and not spend so much $ eating out. I was disappointed to not be able to take a soaking bath--found the "stopper" at back of cabinet at end of trip.

Great family vacation spot

This condo looks even better in person, very well decorated and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed including boogie boards and sand toys! We are a family of four and it was the perfect size for us. Our girls loved the bunk beds. The pool is wonderful and even during the very busy season never felt crowded. There was always chairs to sit in and the beach views are awesome. I wasn't sure what to expect since we were used to staying directly on beach but my concerns were put to rest soon as I walked in and saw the view. The walk to beach is so short and my husband loved having the walking/jogging path right in front of complex. Our girls loved having the ice cream truck make daily stops in front of the resort. So nice to have restaurants within walking distance on days you don't feel like driving. Even though there is no "management" on site, the maintenance/pool guy is around during the day and we even saw him put a stop to some teenage boys throwing a football where they shouldn't have been. Check-in and out was easy as well. The price of this condo is great compared to some others in the area. We hope to visit again next year!

It was decent I guess...

The place we booked through was very nice and easy to communicate with. The resort is decent. Our condo was very nice. We didn't like how there's no front desk or lobby. There's nobody onsite to report any issues to. There was loud music at the pool, people with glass bottles at the pool, and other small issues. Lots of hoosiers the week we were there. For the money, I doubt we'd be back. Just too many options in Destin to pick from. Just not a place we'd leave and say we'd have to come back to as soon as we can.
