The Space:

This brand new tiny home has high end finishes, a comfortable king sized bed, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, high-speed fiber wireless internet, a Smart TV, and a combo washer/dryer. The kitchenette in the home offers a mini fridge, stove top, microwave, cofee maker, blender, and more. Enjoy incredible views from every window and wake up to the grandeur of Southern Utah's red rock vistas and stunning plateaus. The loft offers additional sleeping space, with 2 foldable sleeping pads (about twin size) ideal for children.



Step outside onto the deck and enjoy the panoramic views around you while you relax with a bottle of wine as you unwind after a day of hiking and exploring the nearby national parks, or enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the red hills come alive under the rising sun. Soak in your very own private hot tub while you stargaze in wonder at what Southern Utah's dark skies have to offer! Guest Access:

You will be given a door code prior to your arrival. Guests will have full access of the home.



The Neighborhood:

Located just east of Kanab, you will have plenty of peace, quiet and privacy. East on Hwy 89 from Kanab, the property has a gravel driveway that takes you from the Hwy to the property. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book and travel guide. Once Upon a Time in America, a wonderful artifact filled museum is locaed just minutes from the property on Hwy 89 and features a car collection and restuarant as well. Grocery stores and dining options are available in Kanab just 5 miles away.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy!



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancelation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



Pets MUST be in a crate if left alone in the house.

Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
