Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The kitchen boasts brand-new cabinetry, stainless appliances, a herringbone backsplash, and generous counter space. The main-level living room is bright and open, with soaring ceilings and that iconic Florida light flooding in.

Upstairs, the spacious loft features both a king and queen bed, as well as a chic new half bath with a custom barn door—this is the only unit in the complex with a second bathroom in the loft. This unit includes an in-unit stacked washer and dryer, wall-mounted A/C units, smart TVs, and stylish furnishings throughout. With its lofted layout, upgraded finishes, and unbeatable beachfront setting, this is a truly special retreat ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Guest Bathroom: Half bath in loft with barn door entry
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Guests will appreciate thoughtful upgrades including blackout curtains in the main bedroom for restful sleep, a bidet in the main bathroom for added comfort, and two beach chairs with a small cooler to make your Gulf-front days even easier

Parking:

Free on-site parking for up to one car per reserved unit is available at Ambassador Condominiums on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are uncovered and unassigned. Please note that oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted.

Pet Policies:

This unit allows guests to bring one well-behaved canine family member. Please review the following guidelines, as failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or early termination of stay:
• Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $75 per reservation. A pet waiver must be filled out and returned.
• Pet Restrictions: Dog must be under 50 lbs. No more than one dog per reservation.
• Sorry, No Cats: Feline friends must sit this one out.
• Crating: Pets must be crated when left unattended in the unit.
• Furniture: If pets are invited onto furniture or beds, guests must use appropriate covers to protect surfaces.
• Leash Policy: All pets must be leashed in outdoor areas.
• Waste Disposal: No puppy pads. All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of in outdoor receptacles away from the condo.

Other details to note:

This unit is located on the third floor. There is no elevator, so plan for stair access only.

Complimentary beach gear (chairs and cooler) is provided for your enjoyment. Please return all items prior to departure. Guests will be charged for damaged or missing items (fair-market value), so please treat the gear with care to ensure it remains in good condition for future guests.

Please dispose of all waste in the designated on-site dumpster. All garbage should be securely bagged before placed in the bin.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
