Take in the sunshine from the refreshing pool overlooking the ever-changing waterfront. Just steps from the sights and sounds of Mallory Square, downtown tourist attractions, Key West's best beaches, and Old Town's fabulous restaurants.
The three large bedrooms have ocean views with ensuite bathrooms in the primary and guest bedrooms. The property is fully furnished and professionally decorated complete with central AC, kitchenware, linens, cable TV & WIFI.
This Harbour Place condo is conveniently located in prestigious Truman Annex in the Heart of Old Town, about 3 blocks from fabulous activities, shops and restaurants on Duval Street and about 1/4 mile from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park.
This is Key West living at its finest for a vacation you will treasure for a lifetime.

Perfect location

Love the property 3 blocks from Duvall amazing patio close to the pool love watching the cruise boats come and go! Definitely would stay again!

Excellent location and what a view! Located on the water and large kitchen and living room. All the appliances are top quality and works well. Very clean.

Very comfortable and roomy for our whole family. It's great having the pool so close to the condo but the only complaint is all of the iguana poop by the pool - unsightly and unsanitary. However, the location makes up for it - loved being so close to Duval and Mallory Square. Will definitely consider renting this condo again.

Great pool and close to beaches, airport and Duval St action. Private patio is huge and great outdoor spot to view the ocean and great sunsets. We were a party of 5 and the condo was more than spacious. Serious consideration if you're planning a stay. We would come back to this same spot!

The property could use some updating and repairs but we overlooked that based on what we needed for our family. Overall the property just needs to be updated with new furniture and de-cluttered. Simple things like the toilet paper holder not being attached properly, the outdoor table umbrellas being broken, the concrete being cracked that connected the outdoor door gate presenting a challenge to open and other minor things seem to be simple fixes to make the experience better. But having 3 bedrooms, that massive deck that we used every day and the location made up for some of the property's shortcomings. We would definitely book this again should the City of Key West reverse their monthly rental requirement for Truman Annex properties.

Reviewer Comments: Positive: Great location, easy to walk to everything within 15 minutes. Condo was very clean. The master bed and queen guest beds were very comfortable. There were LOTS of dishes! So many dishes. Cooking was easy. We found some games in one of the dressers. There were books to read. There was coffee for the first morning. We got a refund for one of our days due all of the appliance issues.Negative: Keys were hard to get out of lockbox after hours. Took a long time to figure out we had to wave key fob over sensor to get in. We got 2 sets of keys each with 3 keys on them. The gold keys didn’t open anything. The silver keys opened the unit and the exterior gates except the back gates. It took 4 days to realize that the pool key on the wooden spoon opened the back gate. It also took us 4 days to realize that the front door didn’t lock automatically when we left. Bunk beds were uncomfortable. Bunk room had no curtains at the top of the window so it was bright early. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. The remotes were not clear on what operated what. There were no tissues, very few trash bags, and very few paper towels. Had to buy all of that. Outside large umbrella was blown over, broken, and blocked the view. Fixed Monday. Dishwasher was broken and was fixed on Tuesday. Not fun to hand wash dishes for 4 days on vacation. Washing machine was broken and was replaced on Wednesday. Missing luggage meant we had to wash clothes. The towels were clean but very old and musty. Once wet, they smelled bad and we had no way of washing them. Both showers had terrible water pressure. The tub didn’t drain well and that bathtub was very slippery. The shower curtain liner was very dark and allowed no light in the shower, a clear liner would help. AC lowest temp was 72-degrees, controlled by Nest and wouldn’t go lower.You can't walk along the waterline from our unit to the east. There is a break at the pool in the sidewalk. W

We have stayed in many properties-- Porter Lane, The Foundry and Harbour Place. The properties are meticulously clean, updated and beautiful. So much so that we have been returning for 15 years! Harbour Place Ocean View is real treat,sitting on the deck in the morning on the ocean, beautiful pool, area and very convenient, you can walk to restaurants, events, shopping or just being part of the Key West state of mind. The staff at Compass has always been receptive to questions by phone or email, and pleasant.

Location, location, location!

Well maintained property in an excellent location. One can tell safety is priority. Excellent views of the ocean, near Mallory Square & walking distance to anything & everything.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our kids liked being close to the shops and nightlife and we loved that we could enjoy peace and quite and the tranquility of the sea. The location was perfect because we could take a quick walk or bike ride down to the bustling square and marina. We rented a large SUV to haul the 7 of us from the airport and to the grocery store and fishing charter that were more than a bike ride away. We had no problem parking it in the garage. The pool was right next to the condo and we cooked out on the private patio. Our only complaints would be that the washing machine did not work properly and there were no signs or advanced notice that the pool closed before sunset. We were really surprised that it closed so early - 6pm. We would still stay here again and recommend to to people with large families.
