The Presidents Walk and Southard Court community is located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located less than a half mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Presidents Walk properties are two level townhouses which have private courtyards on the first level and balconies on the second level. Outdoor Grill. Each bedroom has one queen size bed. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots and pans, towels and linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking and pool access.

Please note: This property is monthly rental - This property has a 28 night minimum stay

A Paradise Palm Oasis

The house was great, BUT, the HOA police were very annoying. Do not bring a small car and think you can park a scooter in same space behind car. And friends have no place to park if visiting. The

Great unit in Truman Annex

The property was as described and noted in many of the reviews I read - Quiet, very clean, comfortable but a litte outdated. We enjoyed the convenience of the Southard pool. We were able to walk to Ft. Zachary Beach, Margaritaville, and some decent stores. We grilled burgers twice and the second time ran out of propane and had to finish in the microwave. The second tank was also empty. It would h,ave been nice to have some throws in the living room for the evenings. Appreciated the cleanliness of the place - that's always a plus for me,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was good. The unit was dated, but adequate and the location was great. The pool always seemed to be crowded. The Orkin man let himself into our unit unannounced as we were showering on Wednesday. When calling the office, they said we should have received an email notification which we did not. This was quite unnerving.

Sago is located in Truman Annex, which is an excellent location to the action on Duval St. Neighbors are great, pool good, and decorated nicely for Christmas. The unit was clean and ready for us. Compass Reality was on top of the entire stay. The unit however is in desperate need of a make-over. I don't believe much has been changed since it was built. Examples: Microwave works great, however no turntable. This appliance is well over 30 years old. Kitchen cabinets should be replaced, as well as countertops. Both bathrooms while functional, are in need of an update. One of the faucets (original to the unit I'd bet) is very difficult to even turn on and off. Lighting in the bathrooms is poor. The 32" TV's are way too small, especially in the family room. The parking space is a plus. Patio and grill are nice as well. With a makeover this would make a good stay, a GREAT one.

Super Clean and Convenient

I communicated the need for cosmetic touch-ups in the unit to the management company, and they received the feedback well. We have stayed at many Compass Realty-managed properties in the Truman Annex, which are always clean and well-maintained.

We could walk to all our interests. Seems minor, but had we known beach towels were included with unit, it would have made our packing a little easier. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location in the center of everything. But also a very quiet area. I do with there was a code for the door instead of keys, but not that huge a deal

A comfortable place to stay

Reviewer Comments: At first I thought the place had not been upgraded at all, but into my stay I decided maybe new owners, or owners who now were trying to improve the home. I noticed new utensils in the kitchen, new carpet upstairs, nice artwork (Audubon prints). The tv service in one BR needs to be upgraded, the TP needs to be upgraded, the kitchen and bath need to be update. All the above to be competitive with the other rental properties in which I have stayed. High marks for location and the pool.

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing that impressed me was being able to park my car right in front of the gate to our patio! Covered parking, very rare in Key West. So much outdoor space! A large patio, front porch and 2 upstairs balconies. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Each bedroom upstairs had it’s own bathroom and a half bath downstairs. The furniture was new and comfortable. We could easily walk to the farmer’s market, the Coast Guard Cutter, Mallory Square, Duval, Ft. Zachary Taylor park, the water front. I only drove the car once to buy groceries at the Navy Commissary. It was only a short walk to the Truman waterfront to watch the sunset. We throughly enjoyed this unit and the location.

Chillin in Key Wesy

Property was nice and clean. Location was perfect. Wish the table lamp in our room had been repaired so we didn’t have to plug it in to get light since the switch on the lamp was broken. Enjoyed our stay.
