The interior layout, designed by TVA Architects of Portland, is open while still intimate. Both bedrooms feature new queen size beds, new carpeting and the larger bedroom has a ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Another ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV is in living area. You also have your own backyard complete with private patio, dining area, fire pit, bbq grill and golf course views.

Our favorite part of staying at 3ONE8? Sipping fresh coffee on the back patio in the morning and watching the birds and squirrels play in the pine trees and watching the golfer's terrible tee shots into the 6th green.
