Cozy Condo in Sapphire NC

Our Hilltop Villa is a relaxing, beautiful and comfortable place to call your home away from home while vacationing in one of the country's most pristine locations without paying outrageous prices. We are perfectly located at 3600 ft elevation in the Smoky Mountains, 2 miles east of Cashiers, 12 miles east of Highlands, and just 2 1/2 hrs. from Atlanta.
You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay including wireless internet, 3 TV's (Large flat screen TV ), DVD/VCR player, wood burning fireplace, covered deck which includes plenty of seating. Pets are welcome! 2 dogs max please.
A beautifully furnished great room with large comfy leather sofa, loveseat and recliner, and 55” flat screen tv along with nice size kitchen and dining room for 6 completes the upstairs. Downstairs includes the master bedroom with king size bed, nightstand, reading chair and flat screen tv. The master bath adjoins the bedroom with separate large vanity. The guest bedroom has full bed and nightstand with dresser and tv. Both baths have tile floors and showers as well as large mirrors and ceiling heaters. All towels and linens are provided. Upstairs is oak hardwood floors, downstairs is luxury vinyl plank. No carpet!
Off the back of the master and guest bedroom you will find our cozy enclosed sleeping porch with day bed and trundle bed.
Our home includes a laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer.
Our large covered porch for outdoor relaxation is located off the living room on the upstairs level with views of the mountains. We find it very peaceful to sit out here and feel the cool mountain air.
Our home is a short walk to Fairfield Lake which in the summer has canoes, kayaks and other fun boats to rent.
This area boasts numerous golf courses, fine dining restaurants, locally owned bistros, shops, grocery (Ingles) and
gorgeous waterfalls as well as many other attractions.
All Wyndham Resort Amenities are available to our guests (fees not included). The resort provides golf, tennis, recreational center with indoor and outdoor pools. Saunas and hot tub, gym, mini golf and game room. In the winter months snow skiing and snow tubing!
