Welcome to this charming house in Glenville. This phenomenal property features 2 cozy bedrooms with a king, full, and twin bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and modern amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, and washer/dryer. The primary bedroom offers an electric fireplace w/ a smart TV, the master bathroom is attached with newly remodeled heated tile floors, tile shower and bathtub. The guest bedroom offers a full sized bed and a twin sized bed with a smart TV. All mattresses were purchased 2025 and all new bedding. The guest bathroom is across the hall from the guest bedroom and also has new heated tile floors and new shower and vanity. The living room has an open floor plan to the kitchen/dining with a gas fireplace. The kitchen has all the amenities, cooktop/oven/frig/dishwasher/garbage disposal/microwave/coffee maker, it also has dishes, glasses, pots/pans, silverware and whatever else you may need to cook at home. There is also a screened in back porch w/furniture to relax and enjoy, a table if you like eating outside. The grill is outside the front porch near the kitchen. There is also a firepit outside w/wood to roast the marshmallows with the kids and a large side yard to walk the dog. Chipmunk is approx. 10 minutes from Cashiers, 8 minutes from Chimney Pond wedding venue, 6 minutes to Signal Ridge Marina if you would like to enjoy Lake Glenville. Chipmunk is close to the Lake Glenville, Cashiers, Highlands, hiking and waterfalls, what more can you ask for. Make your mountain visit one for the books with a stay at our place.

Perfect escape!

This was exactly what I needed-beautifully remodeled cabin just far enough away for a quiet getaway, but yet also conveniently located to town. We enjoyed hiking and hunting waterfalls every day and then came back to the cabin for some R&R afterwards. The screened in back porch was a delight (see photo-the pups and I loved it)! I can't say enough good things about this place. I can't wait to come back!

Stay in an amazing mountain cabin

My husband and I came to North Carolina for a wedding. We were truly impressed with the property. We were told it had been recently been renovated, and it did not disappoint. It was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Coming from Florida it was a little chilly and the heated floors in the bathrooms were everything. Susanne was wonderful and responded very quickly to our questions. Would absolutely come here again.

Great cabin! Great central location.

This is the perfect little cabin for a mountain getaway. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin and a full or a queen size bed. I’m not sure. Two nice bathrooms with all the things that you might need such as shampoo and soap and conditioner. Not on the water but very close to the lake and great location if you’re doing day trips to cashiers or Highlands. The kitchen is adequate for cooking although we did not cook any meals here. There is a Keurig so be sure and bring coffee pods with you or coffee grounds to brew a whole pot. Highly recommend.
