spreader waterway, this beautiful home presents an infinite view over
the nature preserve out of mangrove trees.


Right after entering the fascinating villa the artistic Wireman
sculpture greets its guests, sitting on a bench in the bright foyer.


The modern and bright architecture paired with the luxuriously
furnished living space create a perfect welcoming vibe that flows
perfectly into the outside area and with it the Floridian nature.


The main floor features a spacious chef’s kitchen in a brilliant sleek
and modern design.

An open living room with a flatscreen TV and a beautiful electric
fireplace offers the opportunity for relaxing on designer furniture
after a long day under the Floridian sun.


A SONOS sound system is of course also a feature in Villa Vertu. Each
bedroom has its own climate control panel to adjust the temperature
individually and a smart TV.


This Villa features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, each
with a king-sized bed, and its own design theme with hand selected
decoration and furniture, leaving something exceptional and different
for every guest. The options vary from a dream of a bedroom in purple,
to an ocean oasis or classy chic bedrooms with a gorgeous view of the
outside right after waking up on the second floor.


Each of the bedrooms features a private en suite bath and access to the
outside, two onto the private balcony with the marvelous view, and two
on the main floor with access to the pool and outside living area.


A spiraling staircase brings you onto the roof of the home onto your
own private observation deck, offering an even wider 360 Degree view.


Through its western exposure, the Villa has the unique opportunity to
enjoy the most marvelous sunsets over the nature preserve from three
different levels, each offering a different perspective.


Apart from the exceptional view, the outside area has so much to offer,
an outdoor kitchen, a large dining table, as well as a lounge area. The
heart of this space is the big pool and spa combined with crystal blue
water and surrounded by a unique tile design in purple blue and green.


The open waters are only minutes away by boot from your vacation Villa.
The open waters surrounding Cape Coral, Pine Island, Sanibel or Fort
Myers can be explored from there.


The Cape Harbormarina is in the proximity of the home, offering many
