Seaview Villa, St. Thomas, USVI, sits elevated above the Atlantic Ocean offering unobstructed cliffside views of Hans Lollik Island directly across and the British Virgin Islands just to the east. The down island views are a sight be to be seen. Only a few minutes drive to one of the world's top beaches, Magens Bay. The vista is breathtaking from the 80 ft long deck, which has a 12' by 18' heated pool that was just refinished in August 2025.

Once you enter the beautiful arched wooden double doors you will immediately see the private pool and ocean views for miles! The villa sits surrounded by palm trees and beautiful island tropical foliage providing total seclusion. The villa grounds are lush with beautiful vegetation, custom stone walkways and two stone private patio areas.

The kitchen has mahogany cabinets with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with plates, pot and pans etc. Brand new Cuisinart toaster oven with air fryer, dishwasher and gas range. Ninja blender and a Ninja slushy machine are also supplied in the kitchen for villa guest use.

Four large bedrooms have brand new bedding and black out drapery on the windows and sliding doors as of September 2025, Each bedroom has an air conditioner an ensuite bathroom.

Each of the four bathrooms has been renovated and is super clean with beautiful stone tile. As of September 2025, each bathroom as brand new plush towels.
There is a half bath off the kitchen area.

The entire interior of the villa has been painted, September 2025.

COMPLIMENTARY MEET AND GREET service is offered on your arrival day. A driver with a large van will meet you once you get your rental car, you will proceed to follow the driver to the villa for a tour. The driver will explain the gate codes and check in information upon arrival to the villa.

Our driver that supplies our Meet and Greet service can supply transportation throughout your entire stay. Please note - driving is on the left on St. Thomas and the island is rather mountainous.
Information upon request. Feel free to use our Meet and Greet transportation for your entire stay, if you are wishing to drive, please secure your rental care far in advance of your stay, during certain times of the year, it can be difficult finding a rental car.

DON'T WANT TO COOK FOR EVERY MEAL?
We can connect you with a private chef for a few special meals during your stay. This must be planned far in advance of your villa stay as the chefs tend to be booked out several months depending on the time of year. Information upon request.

Starlink internet will provide our guests with high speed internet service throughout the villa. The living room has a Roku television for streaming.

The are two pergolas at either end of the deck are covered in clear roofing to allow all weather dining and lounging. Brand new large grill as of August 2025.

If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, Seaview Villa will not disappoint. If you happen to get to see a full moon while visiting, it is completely amazing. Whale watching can be seen right from the pool deck at the right time of year. Sit and watch boats go by including some amazing yachts and catamarans.

The property is within the Mahogany Run community, which has a gatehouse and an entrance gate that requires a code upon entry. The Mahogany Run community is one of the top communities on St. Thomas, you will be surrounded by beautiful villas and one of the best views on island.

Seaview Villa provides solar power including solar batteries and a backup generator.


Children must be three years old or older. NO pets allowed. NO smoking allowed.

You will find beach items such as beach towels, coolers and beach chairs located near the pool area to make your trip enjoyable without the stress of purchasing or bringing these items with you.

Please note - all chairs and coolers used must be returned to the villa upon your check out date, or the guest will be charged for them.
