Welcome to Casa Brisa Colina, the Breezy Hill House. This two-level, 4 large bedroom, 5.5 bath home has two full kitchens (stocked with all the kitchen amenities you need!), two full living rooms, a large pool, two great decks with views of three bays and the indoor/outdoor living you’ve been dreaming of! The property has panoramic views of Cruz Bay, Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole and the breeze you expect by being high atop a hill! The upper level has two private bedrooms each with full bathroom. One bedroom/bathroom is separated by a small breezeway, so that suite technically is not inside the shared space. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning, although it’s not usually needed with the great breezes. The common living space offers a gorgeous kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances, living room, half-bath, dining room and sliding glass doors that recess so you can bring the outdoors in and vice versa. There is outdoor dining on the deck which runs the entire length of the house, which means you have those spectacular views from each bedroom too! Wake up to fantastic views and drink your coffee in your bedroom, or on the deck—your choice!
From the upper level, take the outdoor staircase down to the great pool, which offers a ledge on one side, so you don’t have to be fully submerged unless you want to be. The lower level deck is made out of coral stone, so the ground never gets hot! The pool deck also offers a grill, a hammock to relax in and outdoor dining. Of course, we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention the more than 180 degree views of the bays, and the breeze which reminds you you’re in the Caribbean. The lower level of Casa Brisa Colina is a charming 2 bedroom, 3 full bath villa. An extra twin bed is provided for a fifth guest, which is great for larger groups. It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The bedrooms are on either side of the level, with the common space living room, full bath and kitchen between, which provides great separation. The kitchen is fully stocked with a blender, coffee maker, and other essentials and the two spacious bedrooms both have air-conditioning, although the constant breeze makes it unnecessary usually. Just like the floor above, the deck runs the entire length of the house, so you can step right out of the bedroom sliding glass doors onto the deck. And yes, you can see the beautiful views from the bedrooms too!

It is about a 4 minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and bars in Cruz Bay and 10 minute drive to the North Shore beaches and hiking trails. Come visit, and all your dreams will come true.
