Your stay begins in this beautiful, bright and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront corner unit on the north end of the fifth floor. With lots of windows to welcome the sunshine everything from paint colors to décor are designed for a contemporary, relaxing beach experience. This corner unit provides unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean; east to watch the sun rise with your morning coffee and north and south along the island's shoreline as you relax throughout the day. A balcony height dining set allows you to enjoy the view while you dine outside, or sit back in one of the rocking chairs as you listen to the waves coming ashore and enjoy the cool ocean breeze.

The living room comes equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a remodeled ensuite bathroom that has double vanities. Both the living room and master bedroom host direct ocean views. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV, and an adjacent remodeled bathroom. The guest living area can be closed off to the main area, making it a private suite of its own. Other amenities in the unit include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV and free WIFI.

Amelia by the Sea is centrally located on the island, just minutes away from the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, and Fort Clinch State Park. The gated community has open parking, and allows for 2 vehicles per unit. The complex has 2 tennis courts at the front of the complex, and community charcoal grills with outdoor dining tables near the pool. The 800 foot private pier is private to our guests, and there is NO Fishing Permit required when fishing from it. The Surf restaurant directly across the street offers an array of fresh foods and island favorites. They offer indoor and outdoor seating often with live music. The highly rated twenty seven hole Fernandina Beach golf course is only a three minute drive away. This location truly offers something for everyone in your group.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
