Guests have access to the private 800-foot fishing pier, where no fishing license is required. The oceanfront swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax and unwind, and two tennis courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

During summer months, rentals are Saturday-to-Saturday only with a 7-night minimum stay

Important Notice:
We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
