Luxurious new Disney Golf Vacation Home with private pool has 5 bedrooms / 5.5 bathrooms. We are 20 min from Disney and close to all that Orlando has to offer. The spacious villa has 2,498 sq.ft of living space and features 5 large bedrooms, including 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We can comfortably sleep a total of 12 persons. Open-plan lounge with large flat screen ROKU TV. Free high speed internet. Dine at the 8-seater dinning table or in the fresh air on the pool deck. Fully equipped spacious kitchen. South facing large private swimming pool & deck which backs on to a natural conservation area. Pool heating is available on request for $25 per day and recommended from October to March. Games room with air hockey and foosball. Providence is one of the leading golfing resorts in the area with amenities that are second to none. Facilities include tennis courts, Gym, 2 pools, water slides, and children’s playground as well as restaurant

Important Clubhouse facilities information: Each visitor will receive one (1) complimentary usage of the pool & gym during their stay for up to six (6) guest. Any children under the age of 16 are exempt from this, but must be accompanied by an adult. There is unlimited access to the tennis/pickle ball courts and the playground. Guest will have the option to pay $10 per day or $40 per week per person to use the pool and gym during their stay.

Resort Facilities: • A family-oriented Fitness and Aquatic Center, featuring state-of-the-art exercise equipment and a separate activities room. • A championship 18-hole golf course designed by Michael Dasher. • An elaborate Golf Clubhouse, including a pro shop, lounge and restaurant. • Further more the resort boasts two swimming pools, a resort-style pool with plenty of lounge chairs for easy socializing; and a lap pool for exercising. • Providence is a secure community with limited access entries and manned Gatehouses. • Wide sidewalks for safe bicycling, jogging and walking to the Golf and Recreation Centre. • Fully illuminated tennis courts.

Nice Holiday

Nice home, but looks old and worn… TV stations not available, fridge needs replaced very worn and not good at keeping things cold.Holes in pool mesh.Pool Pole very old and dirty.No outdoor fan to help temperature next to poolNo Safe just holes where it was.Grass not watered enough looks old and patchy.Washing machine and tumble dryer rusty and looks old. Needs renewal.Master bed mattress very worn..Hot water tap not working in kitchen, fixed but died again.Pots and pans dirty, cooker dirty..But we both enjoyed our holiday very much just wanted to make the comments which would make times perfect.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Home was nice and clean and in a great location. We weren't able to use the pool as the heater broke and they weren't able to get it fixed before we got there. We were compensated fairly, but it was a disappointment. Hosts were great. Would dtay there again.

Great Property

This house was one of the best overall that we have stayed in and we have been renting in the Orlando area for 20 years.The home is updated with what looks like new furniture and flooring. The backyard is very private and has a nice large pool deck with plenty of sun chairs. The property is very well appointed with more supplies than I have seen before from extra pillows, pots, pans, Tupperware and crockpot to name some. The owners Dane and Caroline were lovely to deal with and very responsive to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will definitely return.

Fantastic property in a gorgeous gated golf community

This was a fantastic property in a gated golf community within a 45 min drive to outlets and theme parks. As a family and with a golf fanatic ( or 2) it was just perfect. The pre arrival information was the best I’ve had and we had no problems finding the house and it was as listed with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The community is great for walking and seeing wildlife and the golf course with a decent bar and restaurant is a 3 minute walk. Also there is a large kids and lap pool, gym ( which we used) and paddle board/tennis courts. The house is great, I would advise pool heating on colder months and the back is not overlooked.Communication with the owner was great and the house was well maintained with visits from pool cleaners, gardeners and recycling.There are a number of stores within a short drive the nearest being a Publix and liquor store within a couple of mins from the main entrance. Lots of places to eat at champions gate about 15 mins or 14 in an uber. There are also the usual large numbers of food deliveries. Have to mention that the beds were super comfy and good quality which you don’t always get. A bonus with a 9 year old ( and adults after a couple of beers) were the football and air hockey in the garage. Also we saw a few rocket launches from the front so check out any potential dates.Golf review from my husband. Staff fabulous and helpful at the pro shop and at the course. Course was in tip top condition and wild life friendly .

Lovely villa in a quiet , secure community. We had an issue with the pool upon arrival, but that was dealt with immediately . My only criticism is that bathroom floor in the master bedroom creaks like crazy when walked on, not ideal in the middle of the night !

Good time

Overall we had good time there. House is nice and spacious. Everything you need for your stay in there. The only issue we had,once we arrived at the house AC temperature was set to 80 ,beeing over 90 degrees outside that is hot for inside. Even trying to lower temperature on the thermostat that didn't work. Had to contact property manager,they sent someone,supposedly fixed the issues,but took almost 10hours to kind of cool the house,especially upstairs. 1st night all of us 6 adults and 5 kids had to sleep downstairs since that was the only place that wasn't hot (camping style). Happened again few days later but not much was done. Took long time for all people that ware contacted to respond.Also to find out later that even tho we try lowering the temperature on the thermostat,it is controled by property manager and she sets the temperature. So didn't do us any good. Advise: Knowing that people are comeing to stay in the house and being hot/humid outside please lower temperature WAY AHEAD of time.

Great home for multiful family members

No issuues with property. Lovely home! Did not know about charge to the community pool.. Would be helpful to be given a list of items ie: coffee, toilet paper, detergent for dishwasher and washing machine need for our stay.

Great stay!

The house was great for our Disney trip and my family enjoyed our time. Upon arrival we did notice the house is a little dated and some of the furniture had some minor damages but nothing major. The parking situation is kind of a nightmare if you have more than 2 cars. No street parking is allowed. You can pay to park at the golf clubhouse but finding someone there to help was difficult. There are LOTS of rules and threatens of extra charges for not doing things. Overall, we had a great stay and no major issues!

This is silly but I was disappointed that the tower wasn't really a room. House is nice the pool and lanai bathroom are great. The living roomfurniture is not comfortable and the lighting is terrible for reading.

Amazing house in perfect location

We were a party of 12 all age ranges. The house is in perfect position for both Disney and Universal. The beds are super comfy and theres plenty of space for everyone. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again.

House

House was spotless I would stay again. The only 2 issues are that you can’t put the air lower than 73 because they said it freezes the motor. I have been in business for 25 years. That is false. Also the frying pans were horrible we could not make anything. If I new that I would brought my own.

great stay

nice property, stayed for three weeks only four family members stay there so plenty of everything for everybody, plus two extra guests stayed for few days. Plenty of pool furniture but is getting a bit worn out. fridge freezer broke down on our last week management responded quickly and very polite not the best thing to have no fridge freezer in florida but these things do happen. definitely stay again 😃

Easy Commute To Disney Parks

The house is beautiful. In a gated golf community. There was no cell service (Verizon/T-Mobile) driving through community and surrounding town (but fine at house). We were left with a small bottle of laundry soap, a small amount of hand soap in 2 bathrooms, 2 garbage bags, and half a roll of paper towels. There are no cleaning supplies. The beds were comfortable and pool was nice (we didn’t have much time in it). Overall, we would stay again knowing what we know now.

Need more attention to cleanliness

Great place, just not clean on arrival - sticky floors, pool patio had substantial mildew left under chairs and the entrance mat (washed 2 days after arriving). Pool had debris/bugs and appeared as if the side walls were dirty (maybe stained). We didn't want to get in but it was the only way to col off - should state in the advertisement that thermostat setting is no less than 72 degrees. Kitchen faucet has a continuous drip. Roaches found throughout the house. Property manager says that is normal in Florida, said it was because doors are left open (they weren't) - this was our 4th visit to the area, 1st time with roaches. PM gave us Raid to use as the solution.

Excellent vacation home for families and multiple couples.

The property is great for vacations and getaways for groups and large families. The amount of rooms and bathrooms make it easy for all so that you do not feel crowded. The five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities were fantastic for a family with children. There were games provided, cable TV, internet access, and of course a pool. Your kids will not be bored! The property is approximately 20-25 minutes from amusement parks (when no accidents or outside of rush hour) and within driving distance of stores and restaurants. You won't regret staying here!

Great house for large family

The house is great. However, there was a problem with pool not being heated on Sunday. We checked in late Saturday (pool was supposed to have started on Saturday). It was too cold to use all day Sunday. I contacted mgr on Sunday. She did respond quickly. The breaker was tripped. I requested a refund for Sunday pool heat which she refused. We were only able to use the pool for 3 of 5 days that we were there. We left behind two debit cards. I requested that they be mailed to me. There was a charge of $20 for mailing, which i felt was very excessive. The reason for lower rating on listing information was because they showed a picture of a grill and a grill was listed in the amenities section. On inquiry, i was told grill was not included and would be $80 to rent. Owners were gracious to allow us to change length of listing, which I did appreciate. Overall nice stay. The layout was perfect for our family of 10.

We loved the quiet and safe location of the house. It was the perfect size for our 2 families, group of 7….lots of comfy beds, clean bathrooms and loved the pool deck. Owners were amazing, communicated well and left great instructions. Overall great experience!

We love the Orlando area and the theme parks. We purchased this property as a central location to meet up with family and friends that live in various parts of North America and the Caribbean. We were one of the first to purchase in this sub development and managed to get a prime lot with south facing pool onto a natural conservation area, also not to far a walk from the community center.
