The home sleeps a maximum of 10 and is ideal for a family of small, to a large family or two families. The proximity the Disney parks allows for a mid-day break to return and re-charge, eat a meal or take a swim before heading back to the parks for evening activities.

The villa’s location is convenient to I4 and 192 for all major attractions, restaurants, shopping and golf courses. Day trips to Atlantic or Gulf coast beaches are one to one and half hours away.

The kitchen contains a large refrigerator/freezer with ice/water dispenser, Keurig coffee brewer, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. It is perfect for preparing a lavish meal or a quick breakfast before the day’s activities. The AirPlay speaker can be used to play your favorite music from your iOS device.

FAMILY ROOM
The Large family room with 60” LED smart TV featuring cable TV including HD channels and Bose DVD home entertainment system and a large comfortable leather sofa is located next to the kitchen area. The Bluetooth speaker can be used to play your favorite music from iOS and Android devices and is programmed with 3 presets of Disney internet radio stations for the little ones.

LIVING AND DINING ROOM
A tastefully decorated formal living room with two sofas for quiet conversations. The formal dining room has seating for six and is a nice place to enjoy a quiet dinner. There is a Bose Wave Music System for your enjoyment.

SECOND FLOOR FAMILY ROOM
There is a second floor family room with a large oak desk, two couches, and a large circular ottoman. With a 49” smart LED TV, PS3 gaming console, and music center this makes the perfect room to work, relax, play a game or watch TV.

POOL AND SPA
West orientation for sun lovers.
Relax and enjoy the freedom of your own private screened pool and spa and the benefits of a salt water chlorination system. The patio area has plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing in the sun after a swim. There is a child fence to keep the little ones safe.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king bed as well as direct access to a nice private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. With a large walk-in closet, a dresser and chest of drawers and two side tables you will have ample space for all of your belongings. The bedroom has 40" LED TV, ceiling fan, and matching lounge and reading chairs providing a personnel space.

The bathroom consists of a Garden Tub, separate walk-in shower, toilet and double sinks. Privacy is a great feature, with the Master Bedroom being separate from the other bedrooms located on the first floor.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 are located on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and is furnished with a dresser, two side tables, a reading chair and a LED smart TV. There is also a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and is furnished with a dresser, chest of drawers, two side tables and a LED smart TV. Bedroom 4 has double bed and is furnished with a dresser, two side tables, and a LED smart TV. Bedroom 5 has two twin beds and is furnished with a chest of drawers, a side table and a LED TV.

Also located on the 2nd floor are two full baths each with twin sinks and a tub/shower combo. Each bathroom has solar tubes providing natural light during the day.

LAUNDRY ROOM
A Separate laundry room equipped with NEW full size front loading washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are available for your use.

Cap Canaveral National Seashore is next to the Kennedy Space Center. Talk a beach walk and have a picnic...Also Daytona, Cocoa, and Clearwater beaches are each approximately 60-80 miles away and Lake Louisa State Park is 15 miles away.

Our home to: Disney World is 12 miles; Universal Studios is 24 miles; SeaWorld is 19 miles; LegoLand is 25 miles.

Orlando International Premium Outlet (180 stores) is 23 miles; Posner Park Shopping Mall is 5 miles. Lots shopping nearby.
