Premiere downtown Palm Springs location in Plaza Villas Resort. Plaza Villas, a small condo complex, is very popular and a well-known community that is a tranquil and relaxing resort.

The beautifully remodeled condo is walking distance to downtown, dining, movie theatre, shopping, next door to the convention center & across the street from Agua Caliente Casino. The light filled condo is a prime 1st floor corner unit. The unit features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king bed with beautiful 100% cotton bedding, custom velvet black out curtains, closet and bedside lights. The living room features a 43” flat screen smart TV with great audio and has premium cable with HBO and Showtime, wireless highspeed wi-fi great for working remotely, DVD/VCR with DVD library, book library for pool side reading, new 9 ft designer LuLu & Georgia couch, original Knoll swivel chair, roller blinds, vintage chrome and glass dining table. The kitchen showcases modern white countertops, beautiful porcelain tile flooring and stacked washer/dryer. Fully stocked with microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, tea kettle and everything you need to cook up a great meal to enjoy on the private patio facing southwest which has a Design Within Reach table and chairs. The bathroom has beautiful porcelain flooring, large mirrored closet, bath tub/shower and plenty of towels including pool towels. The well appointed condo features artwork through out the unit and is fully stocked for your entertaining needs.

Enjoy the mountain views and bask in the sunshine from your choice of 2 pools located steps from the front door of the condo. Also, enjoy the jacuzzi spa or play tennis on the new courts. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped with native desert plants as well as citrus trees in full bloom during high season.

Covered gated assigned parking as well as guest parking

I interact with guests by email and phone whenever the guests has any questions or needs. I promptly reply to all inquiries.

The unit is sanitized and professionally cleaned between guests. No smoking or pets.

Perfect Palm Springs location!!

Easy walking distance to downtown shopping, bars, & restaurants. Beautiful pools & atmosphere here. Parking is close to front door. Condo is small but works great for 2 people. Great place to stay.

Plaza Villas Condo

The complex is well known to us and we love staying there. The main restaurants and bars are within reasonable walking distance and the residents are friendly. This is the first time that we have stayed at this particular condo and it was good value for the price charged.

Great location

The property is in a fantastic location downtown. The casino parking lot across the street has EV chargers. So convenient. The unit is a corner location and very close to the assigned parking. Pleasant complex.

Comfortable and Clean

Location is perfect! Just a couple blocks to downtown and just across the street to the casino. The condo complex is very clean and well taken care of. My parking spot was very close to my condo and that made unloading and loading my car quite easy! Enjoyed the pool and sauna which was not very far from my room. When I sent a text or email to the owner she responded very quickly. Had a great time.

Very satisfying stay.

Nice place to spend the winter. Great location, short walk to Palm Springs Avenue, restaurants and shopping. Nice pools, well kept pretty grounds, perfect size for two people, South facing outdoor porch to enjoy our morning coffee, nice quiet neighbors and good price/value.

Great little spot in downtown PS

The location of this smallish, 1 bedroom is perfect if you want to be close to all the action in downtown Palm Springs. It's quiet and pretty well appointed. It's old, but has been maintained well. It was perfect for me on my own. It's not fancy, but good value for the price. The online pictures are a fair representation of the condo. There were a few initial issues, but Lorraine resolved them quickly.

Nice little condo in downtown Palm Springs

Tidy, cozy 1 br, Plaza Villas complex is beautifully landscaped. Covered parking, keep your car out of the sun. 2 heated pools and a large spa kept at about 102 degrees. Great view of mountains from the pool area. The Spa Resort Casino is across the street. If gambling isn't your thing the Lunch Buffet is only $10 and it's worth it. All the rest of downtown Palm Springs, restaurants and bars, Regal * movies, are an easy 10 minute walk away. If you use UBER , the Sunline Bus, or Buzz Bus, you won't need a car. Good biking location too. Quiet location and security gates. Easy on-street parking if you have guest come over.

Great location, wonderful stay

I had a great time. The location is very close to downtown area. The condo was clean and satisfied our needs. The property is very clean with great pools and an awesome tennis court. The parking was convenient. I would stay here again.

Lovely condo in the perfect location!

We spent nearly the whole month of January at this condo. We have been staying at Plaza Villas for 4 years and this was the nicest unit we've stayed in. Lorraine is a great owner, quick to respond and has described her home accurately. The upstairs neighbors were very quiet; we hardly knew they were there. It's just a few blocks from downtown Palm Springs and across the street from The Spa Casino. We love that it's just a few blocks from the heart of Palm Springs. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you might need. It is nicely furnished and best of all, the bed was amazingly comfortable. We'll be back next year!

We really enjoyed our time in Palm Springs. The apartment is in a great location and the complex is beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend for easy hassle-free vacation!

Great Location!

This condo is well worth staying at. Lorraine was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I rented the condo for three weeks and it was perfect for us. Condo was all stocked with all items to make you feel right at home. Pool area was very neat and clean. Hot tub was a little too hot a times, but we just jumped into the pool to compensate for that. They were doing some landscaping around the pool area and it will look amazing with more desert/tropical plants once complete. Casino is directly across the street. Only 2 blocks to the main street, LOTS of restaurants and shopping. We are avid golfers and the Palm Spring area is a golfers paradise.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

I rented this condo for two weeks from the owner Lorraine. She was very friendly and responsive. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we would want in a vacation rental and more. The condo was completey stocked and ready for our arrival with plenty of pots, pans, plates, linens, DVD's, local menus, all the necessities for laundry, washing dishes, etc. We especially enjoyed the ease of getting to the amenities in the complex including the parking space, pools and tennis court. We loved walking right across the street to the casino for a little black jack and dining. My wife enjoyed going to the spa across the street. We are planning on renting again this coming November when the McCormick Car show is happening again.
