We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.

No flame burning candles or incense.

No pets allowed.

No unregistered guests allowed.

Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Please turn AC to 78 degrees before vacating the home in the summer months and 68 degrees in the winter months.

Do not remove vacuum from pool under any circumstances.

You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house and/or furniture during your stay.

If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us ASAP. It will help us address issues quickly.

No illegal substances allowed on the property.

Please remove makeup with provided black towels only.

Fireplace can be turned on with key and started with a lighter. It must be turned off when an adult is not around.

First Aid kits are located under all sinks. Fire extinguishers are located under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room.

The HOA requires parking in the garage and driveway only. No overnight parking on the street.

This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

Other things to note:

Pool heating: We charge $75 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees. The hot tub will be heated for no additional cost.

The pool and spa will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the back patio, before accessing the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart lock and a Ring doorbell camera facing the front of the house for your safety and peace of mind

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
